Delayed shipping, may never receive your stuff, and no refunds, Customer service is no help

"Would give this place 0 stars. Save your time and money. They ship and deliver VERY VERY LATE. And they don't give you accurate estimates, so that they can make money. You won't ever receive your package, this website is a scam. Things are not made or shipped from Canada. They're shipped from a 3rd world country and will take months to get to you. Customer service offers no help. They just reiterate to you what you tell them. Please save your time and money. Highly unreliable, low quality and cheap. Its a money making scam, I can't stress this enough, been through it, have contacted customer service multiple times and they DO NOT HELP. It's like they're given an Agenda to support the money making scam.

Worse customer service

"I've chat with Sophia on the chat while placing my first order specifically asking whether I should place order of 500 bookmarks with 5 designs or 100x 5 for which I was told 500 with 5 designs is fine. I have saved the copy of the chat. I placed an order stating what I wanted and a member of design team confirmed in writing that this is what will be delivered. There was a week back and forth between us about the designs as they kept zooming on some of the designs when sending proof. Fast forward couple of weeks I received an incorrect order. They answer was: sorry you can't have 500 bookmarks with 5 designs, 2 of our people you dealt with were wrong and you have to pay another $178 plus postage and wait another 2 weeks. I ASKED and was GIVEN instructions to proceed with purchase. How was I meant to know that's not the correct way????? I paid express post to get the bookmarks in time and now I have to not only pay again (for what could have been already paid) but the wait another 3 weeks with all the back and forth. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sophia and design team need to be restrained if they are unable to provide a correct answers. Absolutely shocking. Stay away from this company."

“Hello Scott. We are sorry to note your disappointment.

Both your orders were placed using Super Saver turnaround (12-13 business days). Regardless of the delivery method paid for, our aim is always to dispatch each order at the earliest. Your previous order was shipped quicker than promised based on the existing production queue at that time. Your second order was shipped per the promised schedule. Note that we also offer faster turnaround options such as Priority and Express.

Many of our orders are placed by returning customers. We do not refer your order history unless you have used the "Reorder" option to place the new order or you have added a comment referring to a previous order.

With regard to the computer image, we sent you the below message with the proof:

"We have recreated your low-resolution artwork using SIMILAR fonts and graphics without any additional charges. The computer image is a bit fuzzy and we have adjusted your artwork inside that safe area of our template, please confirm if you are okay with it. We would like to inform you that after print, might be a chance that some of the lines will not be readable properly due to the very small size of the artwork."

This (similar graphics) was done on your previous order as well. On both orders, we have printed the artwork as it appears in the proof.

Additionally, our Quality team has requested you to share a picture clearly showing the problem with the cards. This is a standard request for any product complaint and is also more convenient than returning the product. Please email us the requested picture and be assured we will gladly help to the extent we can. Note that any files larger than 15MB would be rejected by our email server - however, you can share a dropbox link in case the file is larger than 15MB.”

While our typical turnaround on emails is 6 hours, we have admittedly been struggling to meet this due to an unusually high volume coupled with limited staffing. However, our phone and chat helplines are open 24x7 for urgent assistance.

As mentioned in our FAQs, defects need to be reported within 7 days of delivery. Your order was delivered on 15 July and your email was received on 6 August. Nevertheless, we are happy to look into this for you. As requested by our Quality team, please email us pictures or a brief video showing the error on the flag. We'll gladly replace it once the error is identified.

The replacement has been shipped now and should reach you in the next few days.
