"I can't even describe how the cards turned out seeing as I never received them. After spending an hour designing the cards, I placed the order. A week goes by and they are CALLING me telling me that I need to approve my proofs? I designed them on their website! Then after a very long wait I'm notified that they shipped. FROM INDIA! This was an order for 250 business cards and they have to farm it out to India? Then the shipper they use, DHL, claims to have delivered my package and that I signed for it, but no package was received nor a delivery even attempted. Big waste of time and money. Go elsewhere.
UPDATE: STILL WAITING to hear back from this horrible company. They said they are investigating but nothing has been resolved 2 months after order was placed!"

We are a global business based in Georgia, and besides our production units in Arizona and Georgia, we have several units around the world. Each order is automatically assigned to the most appropriate unit based on a number of factors including existing production queues.
Proof is sent when:
(i) PROOF REQUEST is selected, or
(ii) the uploaded artwork is low in resolution, or
(iii) the uploaded artwork is not in the correct proportion and we have to change it
This is mentioned on our website. Additionally, proof is sent in 2-48 hours (depending on the delivery date on your order) and a follow up call is made if we do not receive a response to the proof.
With regard to the delivery, we use globally recognized shipping carriers DHL & FedEx for all deliveries. While we are reliant on their tracking information, we can certainly request a trace if you feel the delivery was not actually made. Regrettably, the only order we found in our system with your last name does not match the information you have mentioned in your comment. Could you please share your order number so we can look into this and provide a resolution?”
