"I ordered 3 banners for various events for my company. We order banners fairly often, so we were looking for other suppliers that could deliver quickly. I ordered an 8'x8' backdrop for already existing 8x8 frames. We receive the banners promptly, but the backdrops do not fit on our stand. We measure and the backdrops are actually 7.5'x7.5' and the material does not stretch so there isn't a way to get them on the stand. The answer from customer service was basically that we needed to buy their stands, then it will make it an 8'x8'. What? No. A unit of measurement is standard, and there was no indicator on the product description that it the actual size would be anything different. The actual size of the banner and frame are 7.5'x7.5'. Their product is being falsely advertised and they will scam you out of your money and their customer satisfaction guarantee is a lie. I will post this review on every website I can find (except theirs, it conveniently leaves out anything negative) so people can know what they are getting into."

On our website, we offer graphics & hardware as optional components because many of our customers want to replace their graphic while using hardware purchased from us in the past. You have ordered the graphic and we do mention the fabric size as well as the safe print area in the graphics template provided next to the size selection. With regard to the mentioned size, the rounded off number is indicative and commonly used to denote the general size of a product.”
