I would reccomend stating this asap if seeking assistance from this company. Otherwise it maybe confusing for thier employees. Once I got to the right person the assistance was great.
I purchased a complete and DSC Neo system, monitoring add on and the alarm.com app from this worthless company. The shipping was fast and accurate and the website purchase was easy. My concern with this company is the complete and utter lack of support or customer service. After installing the DSC system, I was having concerns with the alarm.com z-wave communicator. It seems although alamsystemstore.com sells the product they DO NOT KNOW A DARN THING ABOUT IT. Nor do they know anything about the tools alarm.com gives them to help their customers. Also, the attitude is simply its not their problem. Take my advice, find another company to align your your needs with. "

"I purchased a complete system for the DCS PC1832 from alarmsystemstore.com, including a DCS PTK5507 keypad, multiple sirens and strobes, and window, door, and glass break sensors. I've been very satisfied with their customer service, both before I purchased and in my many interactions with them during the install. Shipping was fast and accurate.
