"I had a complete Visonic system that was being sunset due to the 3G shutdown. I discussed with Hayden Abel about compatibility with my KP-160 keypads because I needed to continue to use them since I do not have AC electric available where they are kept. Hayden offered to contact QOLSYS to confirm that they were compatible. The answer that QOLSYS gave was positive but not totally conclusive. Hayden offered if I was willing to send him the keypad, to try to enroll it in the new QOLSYS IQ4 panel and fully confirm that it works. I sent it to him and he was able to enroll it and make it function. I was able to purchase the new system and accessories with the confidence that my keypads worked! This is above and beyond anything expected today. I highly recommend Alarm System Store and will continue to source my alarm system needs from them. "

“This is a merchant review rather than a shipper review. You are holding us accountable for the shipping service that you selected. Your order came in at 2:30pm and we shipped it out 2 hours later, that very same day. The rates charged for shipping are live rates from the carrier and they are shown to you prior to checkout. 2 stars seems very harsh being that we we're not the subject of your dissatisfaction. We promptly shipped your order the same day even though it actually came in after our shipping cutoff time for the day. Would you consider modifying your review accordingly? Thanks!
P.S. BTW, you didn't choose a guaranteed service such as overnight or 2nd day so the carriers don't promise a specific day of delivery and only provide an average estimate. ”
