Update from 1 stars to 5. They owned their mistake and sent me written letter with gift card.

"Update: I received my gift about 3 weeks ago. It was the perfect tribute to my boyfriend's passed loved ones. The piece was absolutely gorgeous. Just tonight I received a long written apology with a gift card. They really showed up and owned the mistake. Reading previous reviews I know they had A TON of late orders so writing everyone a letter had to of taken hundreds and hundreds of hours. Thank you Woodsnap I will be returning.

I was given a 5 to 10 business day turn around. With a proof provided 1 to 3 business days after ordering. I emailed Woodsnap on business day 9 for a status request. I never received anything back. I am now waiting on business day 11 with no response and no email. I checked the status online today and instead of a status of editing it now says active hold with no additional details or communication to me. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but now I can't even get a status on my gift. Very dissapointed with how my order is being handled.

"I ordered my product on November 30th as a Christmas Gift. It is now Dec 23rd and it says "still in production" on my tracking invoice. I am just bummed that I won't be able to give this gift on Christmas as planned. They have been in contact while the move through production but it took them nearly 3 weeks to initially contact me about what I had purchased at all and I just feel like this could have been moved along a lot faster. I know it will make a great gift and it will be loved but I just wish I could have given it on the intended date. I wasn't expecting a month long production or I would have looked for something else to have available on Christmas. I wish there was some sort of disclaimer to this."

"Despite an estimated completion date of almost 2 weeks ago, I have yet to receive any word from Woodsnap. I ordered almost a month before Christmas and now it looks like none of my presents will arrive on time to give them for gifts. Poor communication and poor estimated completion dates. Had the website said that 3+ weeks wouldn't be sufficient time, I would have either expedited the process or found another dealer. Not too impressed yet. "

"I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a proof. I have also emailed their customer service and haven't heard back. Additionally, when I call their customer service line, there is no answer and their mailbox is full. Very disappointed."

"I ordered my Woodsnap on 12/4/15 as a Christmas gift for my parents who are coming in town. During the order process the website informed me I could expect to receive the gift by Dec. 19th (I ordered a second Woodsnap Dec. 8th under a separate order that said I would have it by Dec. 23rd.). Almost 2 weeks later (Dec 17th) I receive an email telling me that due to a holiday rush my orders may or may not be here by the original expected date.

I've made countless phone calls that either loop in their phone tree or simply ring with no answer, as well as sent follow up emails to their customer service that receive no reply. I am extremely disappointed in this service, as I probably would have even paid for the rush production had the site not told me I would have the gift before Christmas during my initial order.

I ordered a Woodsnap in the past and it turned out great, but after this experience I feel that I will look into alternate print companies before ever using Woodsnap again.

"The order took about 3 weeks to complete, but it was also around the holidays which is to be expected. However, my images were way too dark and ended up being useless. I would have liked to have been sent a proof, but that didn't happen.

Now they won't answer emails or phone calls to fulfill their "100% Love Guarantee". My first order will be my last.

"They should have mentioned that perhaps there was a delay during the holidays. Order placed on Dec 2, they stated in the email, "Thank you for your order from Woodsnap. It has been submitted and will take 4 to 7 business days to process + ship time*". It shipped Dec 22, a whole 14 business days later. They did not use a fast method of shipping (UPS Surepost) so the item will not arrive by Christmas. I had it shipped to my parents house because that's where I will be. Now they have to ship it back to me once they get it. Very tedious. Very annoying. Cool idea but you have to be upfront about times. "
