"Absolutely terrible. My order was 2 weeks late and entirely missed Christmas. Then it was shipped to the incorrect address. I received a email saying the company would "make it right" and then all customer service would do was offer excuses and to refund my shipping. Horrible horrible horrible"

"I love woodsnap and the products they create!! I was disappointed with the speed. I thought a month was plenty of time for a purchase to get to me for Christmas. My order got to me Christmas Eve--phew, just in the nick of time! I would still order again from woodsnap!!"

"I made my order of 2 prints at the beginning of December as a christmas gift for someone. After 3 weeks nothing arrived, and I tried emailing customer service via their website to see where my order was, and have not yet heard back (It is now Dec. 27th...past Christmas). I don't know where my prints are, if they have been printed or shipped yet, and if I can expect a refund should they not appear. My credit card has already been charged. Their website also does not seem to allow you to see the status of your order as far as state of production, and estimated ship dates. Not good. Still waiting to hear back."

"Actually 0 stars. Paid an excessive amount for 5-10 day shipping and it's going on 4 weeks and still nothing. I've emailed you all 3 times and still haven't heard anything from anyone. Your customer service obviously needs some work. At this point I want a full refund and do don't want to display your product in my home. "

"Since finding Woodsnap I have designed 3 personalized collage pictures for myself and family and friends and I hope to start creating more for local stores and gift shops. This Christmas I gave wooden ornaments, and they were a huge hit. I can't say enough about the quality of this product as well as what the company stands for. Made in the USA, and the replanting of a tree when I buy a product...it's all good! I can't wait to start my next project with Woodsnap!"

"I order 5 pictures that I have received.

My sisters family- they cropped my nieces feet out of the picture. I have studied photography, and I am not happy about them doing this without authorization. Thankfully, my sister did not, so they didn't notice.
My in laws picture- this was fine, they were satisfied, and so was I, but there were no screws to hang this portrait up.
Childhood ornament for a friend- this picture is so DARK! You can barely tell what it is unless you're in direct light.
Ornament of friends wedding- same as previous picture so very dark you have to look in direct light!
Ornament for a friend- picture looks nice.
My main complain is that I ordered these on Black Friday, and received them 12/23. I also placed orders which now say they will not be here until 12/31! I am very dissatisfied with this. I ordered the second set of gifts on cyber Monday. Some people I order these gifts for were only in town for a few days, so now I am going to have to ship them. This is really disappointing because if I know this I would have originally shipped everythinh to there house, and not paid shopping twice! I am not happy about this. I was organized, and prepared, and gave close to four weeks. They were not. I am also dissatisfied with the quality of the the three pictures. The lighting was poorly adjusted, and the shoe being cropped. There was a ton of room on the other side of the picture not to crop my neices foot out. I have ordered from woodsnap multiple times, but I will think twice when it's time to buy a gift.

"I ordered a photo gift for my father for Christmas on December 5. We lost my mother, his wife of 40 years, after a courageous battle with cancer. I had thought I had a truly perfect gift, both therapeutic and emotionally substantial- now I have NOTHING. I was notified 2 days before Christmas that my order would not arrive in time. Surely, they could have reached out earlier, allowing for the purchase of a replacement gift. In fact, I received a response only after writing 3 emails and calling everyday. I rarely get upset enough to write a review but this experience truly stung. The company already received payment, provided little to no follow-up and I received this request for a review prior to being notified that I wouldn't actually get my item. Other than their somewhat vague word, really I have no other assurance. Despite this unbelievably disappointing experience, I still look forward to receiving the product as it appears unique and beautiful. Sadly, this tainted experience would deter me from a repurchase or a recommendation to friends and family. I will save my final opinion until I actually receive the item AND I am contacted by a customer service rep (as requested) to properly rectify the situation. "

"Not only have I not received my items (even though I paid for expedited shipping at the beginning of the month), my requests for information and calls during business hours were ignored. I understand getting overwhelmed and backlogged but ignoring the customer is unacceptable. I didn't have gifts for several people today. "

"Really enjoyed the unique picture I was delivered. I would say delivery was a tad pricey as I live in Canada. Other then that very happy with everything!"
