"Unfortunately this has been a very disappointing experience. My order was supposed to be sent about 2 weeks ago. I haven't heard back about my proof confirmation. I only received proofs for 2 of the 4 orders that I placed. I am not sure that I will get this in time for Christmas which is really really upsetting given that I placed this order on November 30. Won't be returning. "

"Terrible customer service. Order said it would be shipped by December 15th. It still has not shipped. It won't be there in time for Christmas. When I asked about my order they sent me a generic email saying they were more busy than expected, but still did not give an ETA for my order. The status is still in the "editing" phase and has been for over 3 weeks. "

"Horrible service!! I ordered three weeks ago with no communication following the initial charge to my credit card. I've been calling your "customer service" line for over a week with no answer. If I do not get a response within 24 hours I'll be disputing the charges to my credit card. Looking at your social media sites I am not the only one who has to explain to their loved ones why they do not have presents to open. I was so excited for theseveral pieces and now I just feel taken advanced of. "

"Extremely disappointed. I have yet to receive a call or email back and I've left multiple emails and phone calls over a week. I'm questioning if this company is a scam being they won't return calls but send a generic email to all customers saying they're running behind. Then also post on Facebook how they're offering rush orders. How can you offer rush orders when we have been waiting weeks and you have yet to ship them???? This is terrible. Also, if you're running behind then you should change the dates when ordering. You're completely tricking people intentionally!"

"The order did not come with any frames or stand that we ordered. Plus, we were never able to reach them by phone or email. The prints were great, but customer service was terrible. Would not try it again."

"I ordered 2 pictures on 11.22.15 it is 12.19.15 I spoke with Kellie who ensured me my order would be here no later than 12.18.15 originally I was to receive order on 12.7.15 As of this evening fedex has a label printed but hasn't actually picked up package. I understand black friday might have a huge impact on production. I ordered mine a week before. Now I have no Christmas gift for my brother and you have lost a client. The lack of concern for notifying your customers as well as not being able to speak with a person and getting this voice mail box is full is hideous. I hope that you credit every customer back at the bare minimum their shipping costs which you obviously had no intent of keeping. Or you could have express mailed them through the post office and overnight express delivered them. I guess that would cut into your profit a little too much though huh? "

"I ordered December the 5th, I still haven't heard anything or received tracking. I emailed to follow up on the order and haven't received a response. This is poor service and poor communication. I doubt it will arrive pre-Christmas now. Had I known that I would not have placed the order."

"I have not received my order yet for Christmas. It was ordered in plenty of time. They sent an email apologizing but gave no estimated date of delivery. They suggested emailing questions to their customer service department but they haven't responded to the email. It looks like I will have to purchase a duplicate gift. DRAG
