"Worse experience with winni cake. Never order from them. I ordered on 14 feb cake dairy milk chocolates and fresh red roses. I paid extra delivery charges for fast delivery within two hours but they harassed me for 4days . I made 100 of calls to their executive for the order. At last on 17th night they delivered that also wrong order chocolates which i asked for was not same , flowers were all pale. And when i told them its wrong order which you have deliver then they said its ok atleast you got order we cant help you . I asked you take back this order and refund my money then they said we will refund 100 rupees after 15-20 days. My flowers which i paid was worth of 549 and chocolates 199 . When i made again called them for refund they straight away denied . So guys be careful while ordering with winni cake. I have suffered a-lot . They are worth for nothing."
"Winni.in is a total fraudster website. They want you to pay online in advance but never deliver your order. I had ordered a bouquet and cake combo (order amount Rs 1049) to surprise my husband on valentine's day but to my surprise the order is still undelivered. They are totally shameless. Their customer support ****. Now on asking refund they are clearly denying. I have filed a complaint against them on consumer forum.

"I had ordered a cake from Winni for a special ocassion. Not only that the cake was very delivered very very late, the condition of the cake was terrible. The stickers for the packaging was torn at the time of the delivery and the box was half open. The heart shaped cake was merely a lump of balls and foul smell also originated from it. We didn't consume the cake and threw it in the dustbin as we didn't want to risk our lives. I'm attaching the link which contains the pics of the same -

"I had placed an order (00213782105) a 500 gm KitKat Gems Cake & a Pink Rose bouquet (20 roses) that were supposed to be delivered between 10 am & 2 pm IST. The delivery person (RAVI NAIK: +91 85534 67201) shows up at 5:30 pm with a bouquet of 6 red roses and a plain chocolate cake. Please keep in mind that listed price (per their website) for both the items/ products were INR: 1149/- (order total: INR:2298/-) and they had very well mentioned that there’ll be a surge price for the roses due to high demand, and still they shamelessly tried delivering wrong items/ products. The phone numbers listed in their websites DO NOT work and there’s no way I could put across my concern to the person responsible. On the other hand, this wasn’t my first order with them, I’ve always had a pleasant experience ordering through them until today. I’m completely unsure if they’ll reach out to me in this regard or process a refund or a replacement or even respond to this message. However, please be careful before you order through them and you might even explore alternative options (I really should have done that as well). Its a known fact that when a new venture launches in INDIA, you get the best experience but slowly turns sour just like the INDIAN political system. I’m not yet calling them a FRAUD/ SCAMMERS but Winni is not far from becoming one if they continue with this kind of a low-level (DESI) service. Plus the owner/ worker of this particular branch (GOVIND NAIK +91 96861 53933) never answers the phone. Seems to me that the NAIK duo are up to something fishy."

"Never ever ever order from this company. It is an expensive spam company. It is a fraud company. I order a bouquet with 12 red roses with beautiful packaging. I received only 5 roses(from their backyard) with weird kind of packaging and some grass in it. At the time of order they said delivery time between 10am to 9pm. Status of my order was processing at 9pm then I contacted them through live chat (because no response on call) a lot of time, so they started working on it and made the worst bouquet ever. Delivered it at the end of the day of my parent's anniversary. I am really upset and mad at their service. Also a cake is totally different. And their customer representatives are even worse than that. They disappear at every conversation just like that. I needed to contact them so many times.
Those who are giving positive reviews must be a fraud or Winni paid them to give good reviews. Winni you are going to hell after taking everyone's money. Everyone should become responsible for this kind of fraud and take legal and disciplinary action against them to make our India free from fraud. "
"Totally worst site i have ever seen. For making customers fool they say that they have free delivery & coupons available and download app you get discount on first purchase/ order. Don't get into this all things are trap. Cheat, arrogant and no sense of apology even after failing to deliver as per commitment.
Even product are not according to price.
Customer care department is much horrible. Even if we say that we file a case against them so they upfront say that go head we don't mind. No refund policy. Even they take your call keep it on hold, after half an hour they just say only one line that is "We are checking with back-end team and after that, they will say will call you back, but you will never get call from them but yes if you are doing payment then they will surely call you again and again and once payment would be done then they are like ghost like no company exists even they don't have Cash on delivery even if their delivery boy don't know how to find the address then also you need to give extra delivery charge because they will take your order back and for same delivery they will charge you extra, might be this is only way they used to harass customers and make their profits.
Delivery Boys are not aware about addresses all are new, they give you call and then they will act they dont know and your delivery will be failed. App was totally worst dont show right details.
Apart they will not tell us when the order will be delivered so if you are ordering so need to be home all the time because they don't give specific time and if you are ordering for different city then there is big "NO" NO" because as said all delivery boys are might be new.
Apart Charges are too high
