"I had ordered a birthday gift for my husband. Morning 9-10 I placed the order because it was mentioned that it will be delivered within the day. Payment was also done, end of the day at 4 o'clock they are saying due to festival holiday order will be delivered later days. in this they have charged extra 100 for express delivery. nonsense service
When I asked to cancel the order, they immediately cancelled within seconds. Even within two minutes I approached them to continue they replied cancelled. That much fast in these things. if they would inform earlier, we would have preferred a better reliable source. Such a waste of time day and money. will i get my money back?"

I had ordered the Peace Lily plant for my mother that was later substituted with a Bamboo plant and when asked for compensation, they offered 5 Dairy milk chocolates bar.
My mother was longing for the Peace lily plant which she did not get. My mother recieved numeros call from the delivery boy.
The product was delivered in a polythene bag, Chocolates were Rs. 10/- and were melted on arrival and card message was shabily written and on a peice of paper.

Dont trust the company and get trapped. I would suggest you to findout a nearby cake shop around your friends area in google and call the cake shop and trf the money through phone pay. That local guy would happy to deliver if he gets something around 50 bucks extra. still it will be cheaper than winni. Dont trust these people.they are blot for the online services."

This was my sister's special birthday where i planned to surprise her with a special cake that cost me 4000/-But for me though it was expensive enough i wanted to make her feel happy on the special day .But due to winni's pathetic service her birthday went without cake. They didn't deliver the cake itself. On the top when we contacted them they keep on telling lies .Customer care do not have answers how they will compensate for the losses .Birthday celebration surprise was completely ruined. I will recommend nobody should even think of taking chance of any celebration order with these people.

Winni.in site is a total fraud and scam I never experience such a worst experience ever.

When I asked to tell me exact date & time, they said it would be delivered tomorrow and if it would not delivered tomorrow, they would reschedule it to some other day. "They operate with third party operators and then blame each other. The time when the cake was to be delivered is the time when they placed the order with their agent - while the party ended without the cake and it was the 80th birthday of my father.
The local agent called us to enquire what type of cake is it!! Just imagine for an order which was place 10 days back and paid for and agreed on for a particular delivery time.
Paid extra for delivery by 9 am as we were planning to have an early family get together due to my fathers age. Cake did not come and when I called was told delivery will be possible only in evening. After that got a call from local vendor that they just received the order and he was not even sure what type of cake is it. Order was paid for and conformed 10 days back. It is clear that this company is scamming people and operating through third party dealers so delivery and quality cannot be assured and they can keep blaming each other whereas the customer can suffer. The 80th birthday gathering went on without a cake. Wish had checked the feedback and complaints about this company. The cake was delivered against our wishes late afternoon and the cake had printed paper instead of fondant the candles instead of the magic candle was the normal type. We called them to come and take it back as we cannot risk having a product with some dirty printed paper on it they did not and wee threw it. They have refused a refund and offering 200 Rs - Not only should they refund but should pay compensation for ruining our day - not sure why companies like these are allowed too operate."

"Winni is a fraudulent company. I would have given a negative rating if possible. This company is a scam. Firstly, the status showed that the cake is delivered while it was not. Secondly, when I inquired I was informed that they didn't deliver the cake because the delivery guy had called and no one picked up the call. Clearly I didn't receive any call. Also, there is no explanation from the company why the delivery guy had to call even though the correct address was given. He didn't even reach the site but called. Secondly, initially the delivery charge was Rs 50 but next day they are charged me additional Rs 150 for re-delivery without any explanation.

This company is a scam and the customer service is horrible. Would never recommend to order from this site."
