Delayed delivery - No cancellation

"Winni was not able to deliver the order ontime or on that date. They cannot refund because they do not have an option to cancel the order. Why do I need an order for future date with this kind of service. The contact person said they have a no cancellation policy but it was not in terms and conditions.

Poor Poor customer service and extremely disappointed in way they approached me after they failed the promise. I never wrote a bad review for any website or any business and this is the first because I'm that frustrated.

Pathetic experience...

"Terrible experience... Pathetic Experience Order# 202072183157

Got dirty, Smelly bouquet, Completely dissatisfied with the product... Completely different than the picture... I want an immediate refund... or a complete replacement.

The bucket is completely different. It's pathetic... Leaves are different... Completely different from the pic.
Customer service didn't support. I called them.. they asked to send email.. then they didn't revert back.

Worst and pathetic experience, never buy

"Please don't buy ever any product from winni, i booked rose brunch by 12:30 on for someone and slot is showing 2 to 6 PM on 07 Feb, and I ordered but these portal cheet with customer and playing game with emotions and love, order not delivered by 8 om to 9 Pm, and due to this my Rose day convert in worst day.. pathetic service and pathetic experience... Kindly close your shop and shutter... I'll go with social media for my concern."

"Winni is worst site that I have never seen, unprofessional customer care that telling lie hole day and end of day they say "Sir commit to nhi kiya tha bas phone pe aise hi bola tha aapka order deliver ho jeyga" waooooo what a professionalism.

Bad quality, timing and Rude Customer Care

"Bouquet and Anniversary Card with Premium of Rs200 gets delivered almost 1 hour late on 9th Sep. Instead of selected Anniversary Card, Birthday Card is delivered. The message for Anniversary gets delivered as a small chit. A pillow with selected photo gets delivered on 12th Sep instead of 8th Sep. When Customer Care is contacted, they are rude and refuse to reimburse premium amount "

HORRIBLE SERVICE. BAD QUALITY. WASTE OF MONEY

"horrible service. they will never deliver what u order for and the way the deliver it is even worse. quality………..never expect that from winni………and there customer service is way too horrible and they are never friendly. i ordered for laughing Buddha and a bonsai tree as a gift for my friends house warming. Instead they delivered some chinese doll and the bonsai tree was lifeless and leaf less. when i asked them they say that the chinese doll is same as laughing Buddha. thye are nothing than online robbers…………..plzzzzzzzzz don not waste your money…….there are lot of other providers who value their customers. STAY AWAY FROM WINNI……….Horrible service.

Pathetic response and customer service

"What a pathetic response and customer care attitude from a *Senior Executive* named *Ajay Kumar* who disconnects my call when he got trapped for giving me untrue replies.
Their executives at the *Call-Centre* as well as their *Vendors* are very much unprofessional. They just kill and dampen your spirit of celebration and occasion. I had placed an online order for a Birthday Card, Chocolate cake and a Bouquet of Carnations (12 Pink Carnations and Chocolate cake combo) from Mumbai ORDER NO.108291818613 to my aunt at Goa-Merces on 28th August late in the night of which delivery time was given anywhere between 10am to 9pm the next day i.e. on 29th August. From 11am their site had a fixed message *"OUT FOR DELIVERY”*. And somewhere around 11:00am, I received a call saying Carnations are not available, instead they would be replaced with Roses. I agreed for the same. It was at 20.46pm that I started following up with the call centre no. ***-***-**** to find out about my order. The first response for my first call was “THE ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN HALF AN HOUR AS THE CAKE WAS DAMAGED BY THE DELIVERY PERSON”. I kept chasing them till 23:41pm. When called the second time at 21:18pm, Executive Rohan again told me another half an hour or more which would be night after 10pm. At this point of time, very much disappointed I wanted the order to be Cancelled because it crossed all limits. Executive ROHAN assured me that my order stands Cancelled and I will get the refund in the same mode as done by me i.e. : GOOGLE PAY and I would receive an email regarding the cancellation.  Everything was agreed and I was about to get a mail about the cancellation and a refund within 12-15days. Later at 10:46pm I get a message that the order is delivered whereas it wasn't at all. When I called the customer care, my call was transferred to Senior Executive AJAY KUMAR. He gives me unreasonable replies saying it's delivered when asked to whom he wasn't ready to respond and got stuck in his own untrue replies. Later I asked him to put me on a Conference Call to the vendor. So I get a reply “VENDOR TEAM IS NOT ANSWERING”. AJAY tries to end the call by saying “IT IS DELIVERED”. Unsatisfied by his reply, I called back but he wasn't ready to come on call and said he wasn't on the floor.
Today morning I called the call centre number once again and spoke to Executive MAHI to get the updates. It was confirmed from her end that the order was not delivered due to some reason. I spoke last to RAHUL SHARMA after which I received an email at 10:38am from winni.in “YOUR ORDER #108291818613 on Winni.in has been cancelled”. But nothing about the refund is mentioned in the email.
My suggestion to everyone please do not rely upon them. They are truly unprofessional. I will prefer *Ferns & Petals* instead. Ferns and petals are highly professionals as they stand up to their commitments. Winni.in is more costly as well as poor, worst, disgusting, in services. A COMPLETE MONEY MAKING RACKET.
I won’t sit quiet on this matter but surely I’ll put it up everywhere till I don’t get my refund through the same mode of payment which I have done through Google Pay.

It was one of my worst experience ever.

I will not recommend it to anyone.

It was a third class cheap quality cake delivered for 1099 rupees.
They should be booked on fraud and cheating charges.

Horrible seevices

One of the worst service provider.
I ordered one boque with specifications mentioned in app.
Not a single flower is fresh. Everything it seems more then 3-4 days old.
No proper response from customer care.if you want to talk with customer care. You have to try at least 5-10 times then if you are lucky you might get a chance to talk with them
Overpriced.
Not delivered as per specifications
Not at all fresh flowers.
Doesn't recommend at all to anyone

Worst ever

"Hello,

I ordered cake for today(may 9), my order id is 105091572918, they charged 400 rs delivery charge to deliver to HASSAN, karnataka.

We prepared everything for celebration and we are waiting for the cake, we waited whole day. They didn't deliver the cake. All members of family disappointed.

No response by costumer care, auto chat support is worst. Still the status of my order is processing.

I request you all, please don't order in this site.
Very worst experience in my life. Don't feel the same after ordering in this site.

Pathetic Service

"Fake representation of cakes while ordering, they deliver cakes with very cheap and low quality standards which seems to be bought from road side bakery shop. Even the customer support team is very arrogant and will mention on call that they are helpless. Such people should close their business. Will never ever buy anything from winni. They are an absolute Scam Artist! Beware!

"Winni Flowers is a completely unreliable supplier.
I don't live in India, but I placed an order with Winni to deliver flowers to my wife at her office location in Chennai - India, since she was going through a tough time and I wanted to surprise her and bring a smile to her face. Well, problem #1 Winni was providing only 1 deliver time option which was from anytime between 9am to 10pm. Not I'm not sure who in the world would be working such office hours. So that in itself is a business model set to fail.

Winni Flowers claims to have gone to my wife's office at 7pm, found out she wasn't there and notified me that the customer wasn't there so we'll be closing the order and there will be no refunds. I accepted their rational, had a chat with their customer service team and they said they can redeliver it the next day at an extra charge or additional Rs 150. I was willing to bear that cost, but told them it'll need to be delivered by Noon and at the latest by 2pm. They promised and assumes me, on email and the chat, that they will make sure the delivery reaches the recipient by this time. Day 2 rolls around and they make it a point to do the same thing and deliver at the location after 4:30pm. Just to be sure that this doesn't happened, I even checked up on deliver states and contact customer service on the day of delivery in the morning to make sure they don't miss it. To which they again assured me, they'll deliver on their promise. But failed again and then claimed, sorry we can't refund you because no one was there to recieve the flowers.

Finally, the number I provided to be reached was my personal number which was international. And the delivery team, doesn't even attempt to call and check, but sends out a default message stating, we tried to reach the sender but was unable to. I even tried to call the number that was provided on the companies Website, but it wasn't a valid number.

So in short, this was a well planned scam and they were success in ripping me of my money and if they are a genuine company provide the worst service and won't deliver on their commitment. So beware! Don't make the mistake I made.
