"Worst experience I have ever experienced.
Order booked on 13th for 14 from 10 to 3 PM but no body from customer care even respond to me.
Given mobile number never worked for customer care contact.
Chat is the same some system given Shikha is always there.
NO Email support too, sent number of emails till now but no response.
Today its 15th and the status still shows PROCESSING. have ordered 998 Rs. They need to shut it off if they are not able to run it."

"Winnie completely spoiled my wife’s birthday, ordered a special premium cake paying good value for it. But they just sent a normal chocolate which was not even 10% match to what was show. And after spoiling the special moment which cannot be returned they even did not have a courtesy to apologize for the mistake. As they just try to cheat people and try to make money and have no importance for customer importance. Avoid ordering from this cake shop there are better options available in the area. "
