"The web page was helpful, but i ordered the wrong part. i was willing to eat the restock charge, to get the correct part. After numerous e-mails to customer support, and messages to their 800#. I finally received an e-mail (almost 2 months later) about my satisfaction in dealing with VPGames. To say the least it was not a very good experience, and i still have not seen any credit for my return. My return was tracked by the USPS, and it was received by VPGames. So it must be nice to resell the same part over again to make a buck.

"The website was really easy to navigate, and the ordering process was user friendly as well. The product arrived when I was told that it would, and in great condition.

As for the product itself...it fit perfectly and was easy to assemble. I would suggest maybe putting a detailed image of the screw heads on the product page. Since I was not sure of how they looked, I ended up having to order a specialty screwdriver online, causing me to wait additional time to give my gift. Other than that, purchasing the colored shell was a much more financially reasonable option than spending $80 on a new controller."

"I bought what was advertised as a new dvd/drive for an xbox 360. It arrived as scheduled, but was very used and required me to clean it and repair it before I could use it. It had hair, lint, dust, and other gunk all throughout and was extremely dirty. It would not open up and required I repair it to open. It worked for three days. Vp won't hardly answer my e-mails and when they have they promised to e-mail a shipping label in 24 hours, never came. They then promised to send me a new drive and to e-mail me the tracking order number in 24 hours. Never happened. I can only get them to answer e-mails sent through amazon.com. It is almost a month later and still have no resolution to this and they still won't reply. I think they are rip off artists."

"Product was better than some of the third party gun adapters made for the Wii. I purchased two WIIOGSTYLEZAPPER and my son and his cousin had a shooting fest at the holiday. I had seen some third party products of this type in retail stores and they were made of lesser quality. These units also shipped on time and were well packaged. Merchant also sent some coupons for future purchases."

"We purchased the 72-pin connector from vpgames.com and installed it into the NES system that we own. We followed the instructional video given on this website, which was very useful and helpful. It worked great the first two days but on the third day, the system began to function the same way it did before we installed the new connector. We were very disappointed to see the game system still blinking and disfunctioning after 2 days of great game play. We don't understand what is wrong and hope that there is a solution to this problem."
