Instead of fixing one of my DS's for $70.00 at the repair shop down the street. I fixed three of my DS's for less than that. The only thing that I did not like is the customer service could not take orders over the phone. All orders must be taken online on there website."
"Before buying from VPGames.com, I read a review that said they list items on their website that they don't even have and then cancel your order after they get your money, but I still went ahead and ordered from them using Paypal since Paypal has buyer protection. It turns out that review was correct.
I bought an item that they had listed on their website and paid through Paypal. VPgames took my money and then the next day cancelled my order. They said I would receive a refund within 24 hours. I waited 3 days and never got a refund or a response from their customer service department. Now I've been forced to open a dispute with Paypal to get my money back.
This is the last time I ever order from a small-time, no-name online retailer like VPgames."

I sent 5 e-mails, called there direct lines daily for over two weeks both the direct line and the 800 number, left messages. I only received one e-mail response that they were willing to work with me, but they never responded again. Don't order from them as you will loose your money."

I bought this PS2 Slim Swap Magic Import Game Enabler v3.8: 2 Disc Set with Flip-Top Cover from them and they send me 2 CD instead of one dvd and one cd. Secondly those two cd don't work to play my backup games. After waiting for 3 weeks, I received my DVD and it also turned out not to play backupd PS2 games. I sent back everything to them and asked them to refund my money. 3 weeks passed by after they received the return and did not refund my money or reply back to me. I had to call my bank and filed a dispute against VP Games. Please don't buy from them unless you want go through this hassle. They don't pick up the phone and they don't reply to your email. They will rip you off "
