"Well, it's safe to say I will never be buying anything from VPgames.com again. This is lengthy - but read on. I ordered the Guitar Hero World Tour Band Bundle for the PS3 for about $70 - a steal, but not low enough to raise any suspicions (Amazon has been down to $90 or so before). I verified that I did indeed order the Band bundle, and checked out with bing.com cashback. Bing posted the cashback in a couple of hours and it did verify that I had ordered the Band Kit, and I had the money pending in my account. All was good so far.
Nothing has worked out since. The item was backordered, but I didn't mind waiting to get the game when it was in stock. It finally shipped out on Dec 4th (it said it would take 5-10 days). I got it a couple of days later, and alas... I had received the Guitar bundle. My order confirmation, invoice, and bing.com ALL verified that I had ordered the Band bundle. I emailed them about this, and didn't hear back. So I emailed again. And again. After 3 times, and lots of waiting, they finally got back to me and told me I was wrong, and I ordered the guitar bundle due to the price. If they had made a price mistake, they could have at least told me and not knowingly shipped the wrong item to me. I told them to look at the invoice, order confirmation, to see that everything indicated what I had ordered. They still refused to send me what I had actually ordered, so I opted to send the guitar bundle back for a refund. The CS person I talked to via email was nice (albeit incredibly late in getting back to me) and offered to send a prepaid shipping label. I returned it, and they received it on 12/15.
Their website indicates that refunds take 5 days to process. Well, it is now January 6th and I haven't heard a word. I emailed them on the 31st, and again today to ask when my refund will be processed. Nothing so far. If this goes on too much longer I'll just have to have my credit card revoke the charges if they can.
Another thing I noticed - well, the guitar bundle was in stock when I ordered the band bundle. That means that it took them over 2 weeks to ship me the wrong item that was actually IN STOCK. I just want my refund and this to be over! One of these mistakes is understandable... but all of this added up has made me pretty frustrated. "

Not only was I not refunded my money, after several phone calls and emails explaining my situation I have not received any kind of explanation from their customer support at all. The only attempt to communicate with me was this email I received to review my purchase with them. Well all I can really say about that is if you need to get rid of some money that's just n your way. Buy from these guys, send your product back and see what happens. Sounds a lot like stealing to me."

"The magic swap disks work great. Just pop one into your moded (fat) PS2 to sucker your US PS2 and replace the disk with an import disk and you're good to go. Only downside is you have to repeat this process again if you reset the game or even turn the game off with the (import) game inside but a great device to play japanese games It made my day and I'm confident to get more import games as possible. "After my 5 year old bit the rubber knobs on my PS3 controllers, I thought I would have to buy knew controllers. Fortunately I found the replacement knobs quickly at VP Games for a really good price. Their instructional video let me know what was involved in taking the controllers apart to make the repair so I was comfortable with the installation steps before making the purchase. The knobs arrived quickly and were fairly quick to install. The hardest part was just holding a couple of parts in place simultaneously. "I ordered Sony PS3 40 gb Laser Lens Repair KES-400AAA w deck but when i recieved it the laser did not work at all when they said it would have a working laser. so i sent it back to them at the end of november with a letter stating what was wrong and emailed them multiple times but they still have not responded to me to send me another one so they basically hosed me over for the hundred dollars we spend on it and also now our ps3 is sitting halfway apart waiting for a working laser to be sent back. I would not suggest buying from them or having business with them and their customers service is definately one of the worst i have seen in awhile"
"I first made my purchase on nov.9th 2009. when I received the package the UMD drive for my SONY PSP was the wrong part (not at all like the part pictured on the website) I have contacted this company approx 5 times with the last time being Dec. 4th . I have given up on a refund or an exchange for the correct part. I have not gotten a return e-mail for a few weeks now. My PSP is now fixed with a part ordered from another site. I may be 1 out of 1,000 who has had a bad experience with this site, but next time it may be you. with so many other options out there offering the same prices why take the chance. I mailed it back (and had to pay for the return shipping myself)along with an e-mail to the company but have yet to hear whether they have received the part or not, and when I can expect a replacement. Unfortunately I have not had a pleasant experience as a first time buyer and probably would not order from them again."
