shiprocket has probably the lowest rates on paper but for real seller with more than 250 parcel per month its the worst service provider, they cant make escalations to the courier partner. and on getting caught red handed they asked the courier partner not to provide any support to shiprocket clients if we try to solve the issue on our own. we have the call recording to prove this also. for a simple delivery issue they have been taking 15 days 1904010564045 awb number to track for any one to see how they are working , there are at least 50 such cases i can prove that the support they are providing is just fake confirmation. complete lie from the company shiprocket. on asking them for explanation they are not even taking calls or giving any call back. for gold client they say kam is assigned, but here they dont even receive the calls on complaints. As per my experience in shiprocket, you are unfit to do the service and cheating to clients and we have done business almost a year and begining it was good but delivery issues are more and worst client service and no proper manager for client service and after 9 or 10 months all deliveries making dispute in weight that too much of if we sent 2 kg shiprocket is billed for 83kg and some cases 200kg
which we have delivered for that also they started to bill more like it was billed and dispute raised like that and billed and deducted amount from wallet which we have for next shipment upload

Mr.Plaban, Mr.Madusudhan and shikhar was the contact person but no use

person came and checked in warehouse what kind of boxes are there even they have not credited and not made smooth operation and its like a new gambling and we need to raise a consumer case on this

"Weight discrepancies are an absolute nightmare! I got charged 50kg for a shipment that was 200g! Whether they solve it or they don't, the fact that they allow this to happen has made me convinced that they can't be trusted. I've even sent a sample product to them to show that I only ship my products in a standard box but they did not do anything to help me. Utterly disappointed. DON'T EVER GO FOR THEM."

I received weight discrepancy issue on 38 parcels for which i submitted proof with product measuring tape on it. Alsong with that i submitted photo of product on weighing scale to show actual weight of it.
On submitting dispute i received a reply that shiprocket will take my request to their courier partners. After 4 days i received a mail saying that all of my 38 submissions are rejected by their courier partners.
Will never recommend shiprocket to anyone. Apart from that some orders shows delivered but customer claims they never received their parcel."
