It was a horrible experience…shiprocket..

They say they charge less but they charge up to rs 180 per kg for some places.. I agree some times there shipping is less but they somehow earn it with weight discrepancy option.. weight descripency is a big SCAM… Any how they are always at win win situation.. if you do not pay for it thn they ll not allow u to use there services also money in ur wallet is with them..
One of my parcel of worth Rs 5000 is lost… also, 1 of my parcel is rto initiated without attempting delivery… now they had sent it to me back… but from last 2 months no update s… also money from my wallet both to and fro of parcel deducted… ise kehte hai khaya peeta kuch nahi aur glass tode batana.. na parcel pahucha na wapis mila aur shipping I charged both sides..
1 of my parcel, m sending mails following up I was after there life for it… suddenly after a month I received mail we didn't heard from u so we are discarding the parcel.. how mean isn't it?

Worst customer support
We taraf se shipping **** karenge dusari taraf se weight descripency k naam par paise lenge.. sab barobar karte hai
I received call from executive saying if i wll recharge my ship rocket wallet by rs 10000 shipping amount ll be reduced also more courier ll be added … I did it… it was a tempting deal… next month they put my service on hold saying u have to pay 6000 as u had upgraded plan

Hell with them

They some how cheat people with there tempting plans..

Remember wo kuch sasta nahi hai… they somehow make money from us only…

Also… there is no parcel insurance kind of thing.. they have so many rules for it… that they somehow come up with win win solution for them only

While we had to fulfill that order, we took another courier partner's service and were able to deliver our order at the same address which was not even attempted for delivery by Shiprocket's team. Even after this, they charged our wallet for RTO charges and they are now even denying the refund of the same. On top of it, RTO was initiated a week back from now and we have not even got our product back. It is very obvious that Shiprocket is least bothered about their client's money and time which is frustrating to the core. Fed up with Shiprocket's services."

Shiprocket is fraud company and this company we supplied materials for 29laks a month , and they have not released our payment and harrasing us there is no customer care and there legal team used
bad languages . reason for not giving money the say for order value of 3000rs they have isse. for 3000 rs they will hold your 29laks?


not resolution given my 2 status after 4 months ever time say 48 hr wait but after 48 hr says again 48hr and today 4 months but till say wait 48 hr
My 29 lakhs stuck with them . fraud company and not answer me

Im In Texttile business for many years. We sent parcel to all over india from tiruppur. Before we use various couriers like dtdc, Trackon, Maruthi, anjani, etc.. Bt one my customer suggest Shiprocket app.
So im using this app for my booking for nearly 6 months.
When we book the parcel, Their price is comparativly very lower than other courier companies.
So we sent lot of parcels via them. Before sending the parcel we measure Dimensions and weight.
Bt after sometime We noticed that amount debited from our wallet lot of times. When we check the reason it shows weight discrepancy.
They raise this issue after they deliver the parcel, Normally after 10 days of delivery.
They says we measured the dimension and weight wrong, So they charged extra amnt from my wallet silently.
Bt we dont have to do that.
For example we sent 38 round neck tshirts that weights around 9 kgs. Bt after 20 days they says that parcel weights 23 kgs and take extra amount. Now the parcel is already delivered. So we cant Prove.
They are doing this as scam. They take very high amount for small parcels, and they says we are the cheaters by entering wrong weight and dimension.
23kgs / 38 pcs = 600 grams per tshirt.
How pathetic is this. Round neck tshirts weights around 220-260grams.

"Guys, hope this review will stop you to opting shiprocket. Basically no single online shipping is reliable. Shiprocket also in that. I have faced worst experience, headache, frustration, time wasting, loss of huge amount.
I have booked 800 shipments in months with shiprocket, but after some time company has stated to raise fake weight discrepancy. which was 99% wrong discrepancy. I had complained so many times. company says issue raised by courier company - which was very wrong. company ask me to prove my self weight issue is wrong. for 1-2 weight issues I can show proof; but they raise 70 fake issue in which i lossed 6000 almost.
company every times ask me to prove, but never ask courier company give some images regarding raised weight issues.
guys please be careful before connecting shiprockt.
