"I ordered 2 chairs, one of which was scratched up and both didn’t come with the full amount of tools to build chairs. Contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement and again that one was scratched up and missing tools. Contacted them again and they sent ANOTHER chair which ALSO scratched up. I was tired of going back and forth so we kept it. Packing was HORRIBLE. We only got ONE good chair out of the 4. Great customer service but bad chairs because of the packaging. Won’t be ordering from here again. Although I loved the GOOD chair I got."

"I purchased 3 sets of the casper dining chairs and 1 set of the casper dining arm-chairs. The first part of my order showed up and I was so excited. Unfortunately, in one of the boxes there was only 1 chair as opposed to 2. So I'm now waiting on a replacement so I don't have an odd number of chairs. I called customer service immediately and spoke with a very friendly young man who guaranteed me not to worry and that he sent it over to claims and a new chair would arrive promptly. Now, two days later, I called to check on the status of the arm chairs (which supposedly be will shipping soon); while I was on with him I asked about the replacement chair from my set. He said he didn't see anything at all and that I needed to fill out an RMA form and submit it to the claims department...which is frustrating because I thought this was taken care of 2 days ago! The chairs I do have look great, so I'm hoping customer service gets it together and gets me my missing chair and the rest of the chairs in my order."
