Falsely advertised goods + bad customer service

"I ordered white chairs and received yellow. Called in for an exchange and nobody had interest in assisting me. When it finally was handled, I asked if Lexmod coukd expedite my shipping as a courtesy fir the error- but no. So I haven’t had dining chairs for weeks now. The lady I spoke to in claims scheduled a pick up, but then never mentioned that she emailed return labels to me so when fedex got here, they had me carry everything by my self downstairs, just to inform me of that they don’t have any info in the return. So I carried everything back up again, called claims back, and then found out that I had to go print out labels by my self. Major inconvenience as I don’t have a printer and now have to take even more time out of my life and go to staples to print the labels. Very disappointed with literally everything, and I will not order from them again."

"I ordered a table. It was marked in stock. However it was not. It took months to get the table. Cust Serv reps were incredibly rude. I will not use LexMod again unless I absolutely have to. "

This is the second time you've asked me to "Rate Your Order!"

"Really? Don't you think you ought to SHIP THE REST OF IT FIRST???? I have three chairs at my table. I ordered SIX. Where's the other three??? Every time I get one of these ridiculous requests to "Rate Your Order!" I find myself growing more and more annoyed that NO ONE has contacted me or bothered to answer any of the FOUR emails I've sent regarding my outstanding order.

We're coming up on THREE MONTHS now.... Sure would be nice if y'all cared as much about your ACTUAL CUSTOMERS as you do your ratings.... (bet you're gonna push this across your network...)

I'm super upset with your company, you, and Charmaine!​ For some reason you and your company keeps telling us that you will ship out the table that has been in stock for over three weeks, yet you don't. You verified that the table was in the warehouse and you said you would make sure that it would ship out. It hasn't and you have not followed through. When I called in today Charmaine kept interrupting me and then had the gull to tell me that your warehouse does not have a phone and that you can only walk over to it. Though when I asked her to walk over to it she would not. She is a horrible customer service representative or you have put her in a horrible position of continuing to lie to your customers. You have found away to take payments over the internet but fail to have a phone system at your warehouse, ya right.

When you reach out to us, please take the time to really find out what is going on before hand, be honest no matter what is happening, and lets come to a resolution.

I would not tell a friend to shop Lex Mod

"When i placed my order the item was marked in stock in the site. It was not until i was looking for tracking information that i found out the item was on back order. of course the site couldn't tell me that i had to call and wait on hold for 15 mins before i was made aware of the back order status. Since then i still haven't received any sort of update. I have to hunt them down to find anything out. POOR customer service!!! Never shopping here again. "

Horrible Customer Service

"Placed an order 4 days ago with no shipping update yet. Two days ago a rude guy told me it was shipping within 24 hours and would receive an email; 36 hours later, we received no email and decided to call back. The same guy answered and had the exact response as if he didn’t even look up the order. The dip#%*^ did not like that I called him out and had no idea how to respond.
Still at this point; have no idea when we will receive our order.

"My husband and I purchased a bedroom set from Lexmod and received confirmation that it would ship on 1-3 business days. We would get a call from Lexmod to set up a time so it can be received. After a week we heard nothing from them (we figured the snow storm in NY was a culprit). He called and they said they the set was sold out and we wouldn't get the bedroom set until June! We ordered early January. There was no call, no email about it being out of stock, nothing. But they were sure quick to charge us for the furniture. We cancelled our order and will not be doing business with Lexmod again."

Horrible customer service & shipping

"I ordered online, I was waiting to see when it would be delivered. Waited a couple of days, called and a girl on the phone, and she lied to me about it. I called again a couple days later and the guy on the phone was so rude and didn’t want to help me and told me I had it wrong. I then asked to talk with his supervisor (which after waiting for 10 min, he was not available), so I requested his email. I emailed the supervisor and never heard back. I had to go to the FedEx building to pick it up myself and bring it to my house after waiting for it for 10 days and paying for delivery. I was suppose to have it for my birthday, then Thanksgiving (it was dining chairs) and I had to barrow chairs for people to sit on because this company doesn’t have their operation procedures straight. I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! I do not recommend it, good price and quality but the way the business operation and shipping is ran, is horrendous and needs to be changed! "

Charged card, have not shipped purchase.

"Ordered a couch and ottoman with an April ship date and it is now almost June. Ottoman arrived, no couch. They keep pushing the ship date every time I ask, offering to cancel the order, BUT wont take the ottoman back, or have told me I need to pay shipping to return the ottoman, depending on who I talk to. Shipping the ottoman back is about as much as I paid for it, so now I'm still without a couch 2 months after the card was charged, and stuck with an ottoman that I don't want. "

My item was lost in their warehouse

"I ordered my item and it never shipped. I called several times to customer service and no one could ever locate my item. A shipping tag was created but it was never picked up from lexmod because they could never find it. I eventually gave up and demanded a refund and ordered from another company. Don’t order from lexmod!"
