"I placed my order more than 2 weeks ago. I tried to check it online where it is but I didn’t find any information so I emailed them. The response was super fast,that’s the only reason why I’m giving them 2 stars and not 1. They told me that they didn’t even ship it yet. I found it ridiculous that more than 2 weeks wasn’t enough for them to ship a small stool that they had in stock. Who knows how much longer I would’ve had to wait if I don’t email them...I ended up requesting a refund. "
"I love this coffee table! Wasn’t sure how the finish would stand up to my pets but it’s been a champ so far. No scratches showing from the cats sharp claws or no liquid damage from the watery hair ball & vomit accidents I find on it in the morning. It cleans & polishes up like the first day I got it. The shipping box arrived with a few dents but the table was packed well in styrofoam, not one scratch or dent. It’s the centerpiece of my whole family room. "

"I ordered two items, both indicated as in stock. I was given approximate ship & delivery dates at the time of purchase in early February; delivery dates were consistent with in-stock items.
One item arrived. The other never shipped. I've never been given an update. As I showed a friend the item I ordered, I noticed the website has begun to indicate approximate shipping in May (!!) for new orders. The out of stock item even appears on Lexmod ads I've seen on the internet.
I was still charged... For at least 3 months, Lexmod will be holding my funds for something that did not have a stock issue when I ordered it. "

"We have just converted our old church parlor into a modern, young, Welcome Center. The Lexmod sofa and four matching chairs in the light gray color were exactly what we were looking for. The seating is generous but not oversized for our space and gives us an updated look. At first the seat cushions seemed too firm but after sitting for just a short while became quite comfortable. Older members commented how easy it was to get up out of them. Our reveal was last Sunday and the church members made verbal approval as they entered. The items arrived in a very timely manner, completely assembled, were very well wrapped for shipping, and no damage. We could not be more pleased with this purchase."
