"When I placed my order the website stated the item was in stock and would ship within a couple days. The day after I ordered I noticed that the website changed and said the item was no longer in stock. I reached out to customer service after a few more days had passed because I still hadn’t received an email that had any kind of tentative shipping date. The customer service representative confirmed that the item was not in stock and that the item wouldn’t be in their warehouse for about 2 weeks.
2 weeks passed and I still didn’t get any shipping confirmation email. I reached out again. The customer service representative said there was a slight delay and expected that the item would ship to me sometime in the next week.
The following day I revived an email with a tentative shipping date.
A week later the shipping date had come and gone and I still had not received a confirmation email, so I reached out to customer service AGAIN. The customer service agent said that the shipping company was expected to pick up the item the next day. I was told that I would receive a shipping number by the end of the day. At this point I noticed that when I logged into my account the status of my order said shipped and had the name of the shipping company but no tracking number.
The next day I reached out again and asked for the tracking number which the customer service agent FINALLY gave me.
When all was said and done it took 4 weeks for me to receive my order and I had to contact customer service 6 times. At no point in this process did anyone express any kind of apology for the lack of communication or the delay. One of the times I reached out to customer service the agent simply ended the conversation on live-chat because they didn’t know how to answer my inquiry. I would have been more than understanding about the delay in receiving my order since the item was out of stock if only the company would have reached out to me and kept me informed as to what was going on with my purchase.
The table I ordered was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I just don’t know if it was worth the headache worrying about if it would ever actually arrive.

"I ordered 2 chairs. One was delivered within a couple of weeks. The other took almost 2 months. The problem is that the website states that they only sell what is in stock. This is why I bought from them. When I called customer service, no one could explain what I wasn’t contacted or sold an item that wasn’t available. I left my name and number for a supervisor but was never contacted. It was a horrible 1st and last experience with LexMod. I won’t recommend them or order from them again."

It was shipped very quickly and a breeze to assemble. Works perfectly and I love it so much I am going to order another one to use in my recording studio for mya audio mixing desk.

"I was hesitant to purchase from a company I didn't know, but so glad I did! My couch and loveseat came quickly and in excellent condition. I wanted a clean, modern look but couldn't find anything in my price range in stores or any big online retailers so I took a chance with Lexmod. These sofas are comfortable and sleek looking, and a bright crisp white. These aren't super high quality leather but they look like it at a great price. If my cats don't destroy these, then I will upgrade to megabucks leather in a few years. Love these couches though, so hope they last!!"
