" JNH was really good about communicating with me via phone and email about shipping the sauna. It arrived well-packaged in 3 boxes. As many reviewers mentioned, the instructions were terrible. It would have been helpful to have the parts labeled "left", "right", "top" "bottom". The assembly video on YouTube was very helpful even though the model was different from the one my husband and I purchased. It took us a little over an hour to put the sauna together. The floor seems a bit flimsy. It would have been better if it was made of the same solid wood as the roof of the sauna. I have turned the sauna on, but we have not used it because it is still 90 degrees in South Mississippi. I'm looking forward to using it during the winter months. "
"The unit is a hit! Looks stunning and easy to assemble. The sauna took an evening to put together. Friends are already asking if they could use it! I suspect they will order one as well. Delivery was flawless. The only recommendation I would make is for pictures on instructions to be a bit larger, but we made it work! "
"Easy to assemble, quality sound, and easy to power on. All together the set up was done in less than 30 minutes with just myself doing the install. The reps are very helpful and attentive the minute the sauna is purchased. Constant flow of communication with rep and myself. "We received our 2 person joyous sauna within a short period of time - very reasonable. The sauna was packed appropriately, making it easier to assemble. Assembly was a snap - literally. It took a little over an hour 15 minutes to complete. The experience in the sauna was wonderful; even and steady heat for the temperature set. The amenities are nice as well. All in all a worthwhile investment. We are very pleased.
