"I am a senior citizen who has been using saunas at health clubs for about 50 years. The new technology of FAR-IR saunas is quite superior to the heat your skin with hot coals and then sweat method that I am used to. Items in the sauna like eyeglasses and MP3 players do not get hot to touch as infrared is generated within the body and radiates outward and only affects the body. I had my doubts whether I could handle acquiring such a unit for my home. Based on other reviews, I bought one, with an extended warranty. To my surprise I was able to put it together myself, using dollys to move heavy packages and panels into position for easy lifting. It did take longer than 1 1/2 hours to assemble but was not at all tricky or difficult. JNH Lifestyles has managed to hit a grand slam home run here.
