"I bought a tosi full spectrum 3 person sauna. I was debating about a lower end version, but am so glad I bought the full spectrum as it has the benefits of the near, far AND middle spectrum infrared heat/light. It also has ZERO emfs. I have been in many saunas, but this is the only one that does not have the stifling heat feeling. I feel I can comfortably stay inside without counting the minutes until it's over. "customer service was great initially. sent email after i received because temp will not go passed 122 degrees. way too much cool air comes in through door and bottom of leg panels. i even put towel at the bottom of the door. i have yet to receive reply and tried calling but was disconnected due to being to busy i guess. i like things to work as advertised. it also states ambient outside in the home must be minimum 77 degrees for best results. i don't know anyone that keeps a home that warm. hope i get my 50.00 credit."
