"I purchased the four person infrared sauna for two reasons: #1 I could lay down fully on the bench (I am 5' 2") #2 I can do hot yoga in the unit. There is plenty of room for both. The united arrived within one week. Great price and great customer service when I called to have one of my questions answered. The unit heat up to 140 degrees within the first 10 minutes. Set-up of spa took approximately 2 hours from start to finish. LOVE!!! Wish I would have purchased sooner."

I was skeptical, nervous about buying it because of all the negative's and positives I found on the internet about the infrared the EMFs etc etc. But now that I have it and the customer service was awesome, I AM SOLD! "We've had excellent customer service thus far, and are enjoying having the sauna in our home. It's solid and made with beautiful untreated wood. Infrared sauna use had been recommended to us for health reasons for years. We need to be attentive to EMF levels and purchased the ENSI for this reason. We had a little trouble with getting the bench to fit in during our set-up, and would advise the company to have a bit more detail in its instructions. All in all, however, it has been a very positive experience. It's nice to have confidence that if we have any questions or concerns in the future, these will be addressed. "
"Delivery was on time and very well packed. I was a little concerned when the truck pulled up, because my help were going to be late. They showed up 1.5 hrs late. To my surprise the driver put the pallet inside my garage. I started opening boxes and "2" HOURS later the sauna was together and the mess was cleaned up. One thing you must do is look at the diagrams very carefully. Notice the little dots so you put the left and right side together properly. I spent about 20 hours researching saunas and two of the internet gurus said not to buy JNH Lifestyles products. They said they were independents and not favoring any one product. "I just recently received my JNH Lifestyles 2 seat infrared sauna. I couldn’t be more pleased. The deliverer was pleasant and efficient, the three boxes neatly and safely packed. My husband put it together with very little help from me. Like many of the others he felt the directions could have been better presented, but overall was very pleased with the quality of the engineering and how everything fit together so well. We found it helpful to read the hints of those who previously gave a review on this product to make up for the factory directions in assembling it. I have used it twice now and enjoy how comfortable the heat is and ease of use. I have it in my office/workout room. An added bonus is that my swivel TV that I use for my treadmill is directly across from the sauna and with the volume up some, I can see and hear it perfectly and will definitely watch it when I am not in a meditative mood. The Customer Service on line has been excellent. I used the instant (on-line) contact several times before and after purchasing the sauna. They get back to you immediately with clear concise answers. I also feel very confident with any product offering a (5) year warranty. "
"Purchased two person unit late June 2019. Received in good shape on a pallet. the boxes are heavy. You will need a second person to help build your unit. Fairly easy to put together ( I am seventy years old). The seat bench was a little tricky to put together. The directions could be more detailed and enlarged. The unit is sturdy and has good looks. I thought the unit was priced fairly. It takes about seven minutes to warm the sauna. Stay in over twenty minutes and you will generate a lot of sweat. A little outside air does leak in around the bottom of the glass door. The customer service has been great. I would recommend to unit to my family and friends.
