"I purchased this well-made sauna a few weeks back and was given a shipping expectation of a couple of weeks, I was pleasantly surprised when I received just a week after ordering it. The sauna came efficiently packaged and it was a breeze following the instructions and snapping the sauna together, in total from unpackaging to putting the sauna together it took a total of two hours with my husband's help- Super Easy! Using a home drill made it very helpful. ;)

I have been using the sauna every day since then and I am definitely feeling the benefits of using this sauna. I am sleeping better, my muscles ache less, and I am burning an extra 150 calories because my heart rate elevates to my cardio workout zone.

"One of the only products that was as easy to put together as the instructions said! From unpacking to heat up was about 90 minutes. U I used to have an Aroma Spa and liked the steam but I think this heat penetrates much deeper and it's much easier to breathe. The only improvements I would make is not to leave an open electrical socket exposed within the sauna and having the wood sealed so as not to be damaged by sweat would be nice."
