"Super easy ordering experience, Sauna was shipped and delivered faster than expected. Just as an FYI the Sauna gets delivered on a pallet in multiple boxes so make sure to have a flat surface that is easily accessible for the pallet to be placed upon delivery.
From un-boxing to full assembly took 1 hour at most, just make sure to follow the easy to follow instructions and you will be good to go! "
"I ordered a Joyous 2 Person Infrared Sauna (Open-Box, 2019 Edition). I received my sauna within a week. I was so excited I put the sauna together and used the sauna the same night. My husband and I put the sauna together within an hour, it was very easy following the instructions and other YouTube videos online. I purchased my sauna on February 7th and have used it every day. It is so relaxing and refreshing, I initially thought it would be a little tight for my husband and I to fit, but it’s a perfect fit for both of us. I have created a gym setting within my home and it has been the perfect addition, it is a great way to relax after my workouts. Customer Service has been very helpful from the beginning. I called a few times with numerous questions before my purchase, and all questions were answered plus additional information. There was never a long wait when waiting to speak to a customer service representative."

"This 3 person was pretty easy to put together. We would have liked to see some stickers for Left/Right but we got it. Just would make it a bit faster.
Once put together be sure and wipe it down good and we put some eucalyptus oil on a towel inside to get rid of the wood smell.

"We purchased a JNH Lifestyles Joyous 4 person sauna. After an initial shipping issue which was quickly and easily resolved, we received our sauna. Putting it together was easy with just two people and took about two hours. We could not wait to enjoy it. It just looks so great in the room and is so peaceful inside. The bluetooth hookup is a great feature to have. We cannot wait to continue to enjoy this, especially after a long day of skiing! It was a great addition to our vacation home! "
