"Ordered an Antec PS on august 13 and as of now order status is still processing. Called the company 3 times after waited about a total of almost 2 hours, each time they said the order have been prioritized and will send out that same evening. Please avoid this company at all cost else this is only thing you'll ever get:

"i decided i would buy a pair of logitech z 560's from this company because they had the lowest price around. i placed my order on saturday, august 9. later on that day i received an email stating there was an "error" with my order and i had to resubmit it. after doing this it then showed that i had 2 orders from them, and after countless emails with no reply and waiting on hold for 2 hours with no answer, my card was charged for both of these orders on tuesday august 12. then i decided that i would attempt to call right when they opened to get an answer. didnt matter, i was on hold for 2 and a half hours before i finally got someone on the line. i had my card credited within a few days after and was told my order would be arriving to me early this week. its now tuesday the 19th and my order is still processing.
this company is probably the worst online reseller i have ever dealt with. dont even bother trying to email them, they will either never reply or your emails will get bounced back with an error message. dont bother calling, because you will be on hold for hours. and i guess theres no telling if and when they ever actually ship out orders that people have already PAID for. maybe one day i will actually get what i ordered.
do not do business with this company!!!
update: called yesterday, 8/19, again sat on hold for hours. was assured my order would ship today, 8/20, and my order is still processing. this is unacceptable!
8/21 now, and apparently they have stopped taking calls altogether. now all i get is a message saying that all reps are busy and to leave a message. this is beyond pathetic. now almost 2 weeks after placing my order and being charged twice, i still havent gotten anywhere besides a credit for the second charge THREE DAYS later and lies about when my order is going to be shipped. these people apparently enjoy IGNORING their customers. of the hundreds of times i have ordered from online resellers i have never had an experience this terrible. i wouldnt NEVER even THINK of doing business with this company again.
update 8/25: i have received my order. this makes 16 days after i placed my order."
"Ordered on 8/7/2003. Ordered an Antec SLK1600 case for what I thought was a good deal, even with shipping. Card was charged shortly thereafter. Today (8/19/2003,) I have still not received my order. I have called the service dept but only get VM, which I left directing htem to call me back, which they did not. I have tried to email them, but it bounces back with a message: User mailbox exceeds allowed size: ****@****.
I will post back if I ever get resolution.

Well it seems the items has moved to shipped status, as when I check the status it has moved to the shipper. Still no tracking number. Note: I never got the email it says it sent, nor did I get a confirmation originally. I think their email system is hosed.

Finally got the cases, including two exra fans I didn't know I was getting. Still the round trip time here is ridiculous. I feel better having gotten my products for a good price, but the lack of communication and slow service have made me never want to do business with them again.

As of today, 18 Aug 2003, the order has not shipped and the website has shown that over 50 of the ordered item has been in stock throughout this entire period. UPDATE 19 Aug 2003: Seems all my e-mails keep bouncing back. I'm on hold at 9:00 a.m. and keep listening to "we are currently experiencing higher than expect call volume ..." No I didn't mispell "expected" the message says "expect." After being on hold with this same message last night for over 1 hour and a general inability to contact a representative today I strongly suspect this firm is gone the way of the dinosaurs.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! I quit after over 30 minutes on hold at the very beginning of the business day. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and be done with this extremely distasteful firm.

I have ordered from hundreds of online vendors and have never had such a terrible experience that I needed to report it here.

Yes, I was contacted...and mysteriously my order was shipped out' even though it was still processing on their order status (right now it says 'order released to warehouse).
So its too late for a refund, but guess what, no product, no credit, no communication from ETW with any kind of proof that it was really shipped.
Next step is to dispute this charge and contact the BBB. I have never been so thoroughly dissatisfied with any company before.
Definitely avoid this company, the money you think you'll save isn't worth the hassle.

Today I contacted Citibank and disputed the charge. I've never, ever had this kind of service before. Its been over a month and I have nothing, no product and no refund. The order status still says "released to warehouse". It wouldn't surprise me if it all of sudden shipped.

Oh yeah, I did get a private email and they offered me compensation too, but they don't check their email so what's the point of falsely offering this."

I placed an order for the ATI All-In-Wonder 9000 Pro on August 2. On August 11 I called the support department because my ordered had not yet been shipped. After holding for a ridiculously long time, I was answered by a poorly trained, nearly inaudible, completely unprofessional rep who then, after only a short time, forwarded me to another number where I held for an even longer time. Finally I talked to a courteous rep who told me that they 'received an unusually large number of orders' during the period of time in which my order was placed, and that my ordered had shipped or would be shipping that day. Today (August 12) I received an email stating that my order had been 'pre-shipped'. This is entirely unacceptable. Had I known that my order had indeed not shipped, I would have cancelled it on the spot and ordered from another retailer (an order that, in all likelihood, would still have arrived before one from etech). And If I had known I would be dealing with a company that has terrible customer support and poor service standards, that makes excuses about its inability to perform to even sub-par levels in its industry, and that misleads and redirects its customers in order to divert complaints and retain undeserving business, I would certainly have gone elsewhere in the first place. Receiving an 'unusually large' number of orders is neither sufficient explanation nor acceptable excuse for this situation, and I do not appreciate being intentionally misled. Needless to say, unless I am given significant reason to do otherwise, I will never bring my business to Etechwarehouse again, and I strongly recommend that everyone else do likewise. This company is pitiful.
EDIT: After reading so many of the replies from the company on this site, I wonder exactly what kind of compensation they plan to offer to get so many dissatisfied customers to return. It would take an awful lot of 'compensation' in order to get me to reconsider after the ordeal I have experienced. And if they did 'suffer a slight shipping delay', I would like more detail on the nature of the problem. Still would not order from this company. "
