"Shopped online and received some help from the "chat" that was offered with a Zenhaven specialist. Went back and forth as to whether to get the foundation. We have slats on the bed so thought we should just go ahead and order the foundation even though it was double what we would pay for a bunkie board or plywood. Thought if we had paid and spent the effort to get organic I did not want a treated piece of plywood or chemically treated fabric from bunkie board. Ordered the foundation but the delivery person said that our slats were so close together that the foundation was not necessary. They said it was no problem to send it back for refund. I will still look for a nice piece of plywood but was happy to save the money on the foundation. The customer service has been excellent."
