"We decided at the last minute we were going to buy a new mattress for the bed we are having shipped to Australia for our relocation coming up. I was lucky to get Jennifer when I called about turnaround time on my possible order. She checked with her supervisor and called back that my 10 day delivery date could be met if I ordered in the next 19 minutes. I had to call back as I needed to confirm the selection with my husband. Jennifer was fantastic and helped place my order under a really tight timeframe! I think we had 5 minutes to spare before the day ended! "
