"We’ve done a ton of research and we ordered a Zen with foundation and frame. Replacing a 15 year old Tempur-Pedic which has done well for 12 years but need to replace due to sagging issues when 2 people are sleeping on it, but giving to grandson as this will work him.

Delivery and local installation was confirmed when I ordered it. No call backs. Scheduled for February 25th.
