"Avoid this company like the plague. I placed an order 2 weeks ago today (12/3/2007), it's now 12/17/2007 and the item still has not shipped, yet my card has already been charged. The item was to be a christmas present and now I definitely won't receive it in time. I've found the same item on another site for $2 cheaper, so I've been trying to cancel the order all day. 90% of the time that I've called, the line has been busy. The other 10%, I get a recording saying no one is available to handle my call. Terrible support and it's absolutely ridiculous that after 2 weeks, the item still has not shipped. If there was a problem with the order, a proper business practice would be to contact the customer to let them know. Yesbuy.net is a horrible merchant and I'd suggest avoiding them at all costs."
"Ordered a few Yate Loon fans at a very resonable price. Ordered Nov 30 items arrived Dec 11, so shipping was resonable for being free.
Called Customeer Service on the 11th about my order, as I had not recieved a shipping confirmation. The lady on the phone was very nice and said that she would look into it. My package ended up arriving that day (the 11th) and I lol'd at the fact that my shipping confirmation came on the 12th Other than that, I would buy from them again."

Stay away if you are the type that likes to get a response and have your orders processed quickly and have emails reponded too. Not these folks!

"One of the worst online shopping experiences of my life. The website gave shipping times of 7-10 business days, so I fully expected my CF card to arrive by, say, the 14th. Around the 12th, I still hadn't gotten a shipping email, and a call to customer service set me straight; the item is out of stock, they sent me two emails (neither of which arrived in my inbox), and they suggested switching my order to a similar item. I agreed, and they gave me an ETA of 7 to 10 business days. On Saturday, March 24th, I received an email letting me know that my item had shipped. It's been nearly a month since I hit "send", and I have gotten neither product nor apology.
Needless to say, this is not an establishment I recommend."

No further contact from the vendor. Checking my credit card, I see they charged my credit card on Mar 2, and then credited back the full amount on Mar 4.
No change in order status, no further contact from the vendor.
Checking their website, I see the product is now listed as "Out of Stock", which would seem to explain what happened. I certainly am left to guess, as they have sent no further communications whatsoever.
At least they credited back my order, although had they not, I would have simply refused the charge.
Stay away -- there is a reason this vendor is patheticially low on ratings."
