"I ordered 2 Yate Loon D14SM-12 140mm 1400rpm fans. I received model # D14SL-12 140mm 1000rpm fans. I wrote Yesbuy about the mix-up but they ignored my emails. I found the ad on the web page listed the 1400rpm fan in the price section and has the specs of the 1400rpm fan in the spec section but also list the 1000rpm fan in the spec section. I wrote a spotlight review trying to warn future buyers about the mix-up. Yesbuy did not post the review and did not change the ad. I have had several successful orders but wander if these people are just arrogant or do not read, speak English very well. They have zero customer service.

"I decided to order from YesBuy.net before I read any of these reviews. I ordered a tube of Acrtic Silver 5 and then began to bite my nails as I awaited the afore mentioned problems to arise. Well about 12 days later I received my order and that was it. No problems to speak of and I received exactly what I ordered. The shipping was free but waiting 12 days for a little tube of goo that weighs .2 ounces is a little silly. I can't complain about the store though. Got what I ordered just fine. Lucky me I guess."

"I worked for these guys at one point. They have a horrible inventory management system, and were constantly losing order tickets all the time. Plus the different departments just don't communicate with each other. It's a disaster, just don't buy from them."

"In spite of the many bad reviews here, I decided to risk taking up YesBuy on their price-leading offer of two Yate Loon fans--14cm and 12cm--for $8.99 shipped. It turned out the transaction was painless and non-problematical. I ordered on a Saturday, the fans were shipped on Tuesday by U.S. Mail, and I received them the following Tuesday, in perfect condition. The only negative I can think of is that the bare fans were packed in nothing more a padded envelope, with no outer sleeves of any rigid material to protect the blades from intrusive impact. But, they arrived in fine order anyway, so at this point that is a non-quibble. "

"Despite the negative reviews i decided to try out my luck with them with a $9 order for a couple hdmi cables. I ordered on jan 29th, got the confirmation email, but the status page on the website looks just like the invoice and didn't provide any shipping status. I emailed them and they replied within a couple hours with the usps tr # (i then saw in my junk mail box that i actually did have an email from them). The package arrived on Feb 6 from california (coast to coast). So it actually was a good experience and a great price. Their website could be a little more user-friendly as far as order status."

"I ordered an Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound on January 23, 2008. I got an email on the 25 saying that my order was shipped on the 24th. Well today is February 4, 2008 and still nothing. I sent them numerous email. I got a first email reply telling me that USPS is slow in their system. The last 3 email I sent, no response. My order with other merchant gets delivered within 2-3 days! This merchant is awful and untrustworthy. Beware of this merchant! Stay away!"

"I buy alot from online, this is the worst experience. I live only 30 min drive from Yesbuy.net and I still haven't receive the items I ordered. They are quick to charge my cards but still no shipment, as of now 8 days (1/21/2008). I've sent two emails to check on status, NO REPLY and the phone is always busy. DO NOT BUY FROM YESBUY, to avoid all these mess. They should change their name to NOBUY. "

"It has only been a week since my order, however I am already alarmed by the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When my order status for tracking was not updated on the link they sent to me I tried calling - 20 times before I finally reached a live voice. Conveniently, she told me (6 days after the order) that my item would ship that day and that the on-line status would be updated. When that didn't happen I tried to reach them again and have yet to do so after countless attempts. As to e-mail support, forget it! They apparenty do not respond to them. I wish I had researched this site before ordering."

"I bought a power supply from this company, the unit failed upon installation, +5VDC only measured +4.5VDC. I returned the product for a replacement but for more than 6 weeks now, I have not yet received the replaced unit . I emailed them 5 times to request the RMA status but no responses, and it was impossible to call them on the phone. This company has the worst customer service, I will never buy anything from them again"
