The chat feature on the website is also fantastic, very quick response times and informative answers to all my questions. The only downside was that the chat feature was only available during business hours and I’m in a different time zone. But this was not really an issue. Can’t wait to get my hands on my new laptop!"
"Submitted my order, got a notification that has been ordered, and now a week later, it's still in the received order status...there in comes the trouble. Not that it's still in the first leg of the process, but the uncertainty as to when it will finally arrive. Summer and vacations and trips to plan but can't cause I don't know when I will get my computer, heaven forbid if they drop it off and someone gets a free computer because I was out. But to their credit, they do post an explanation as to the build cycles of the orders go through...
Overall, the ordering process has been good, and will change the review status when beast gets here and have a chance to play with it...just have to wait."
