My experience was the complete opposite. I ordered the zephyrus m16. I got 2 upgraded ssd's with heat syncs, upgraded memory, clean os install, redline os boost, and a recovery key. I wasn't expecting to get this laptop for at least a month. It arrived at my house 11 days after I placed the order! Not 11 business days....11 days! Everything is packaged well and perfectly set up how I wanted. I build my own PC's, but if I ever need another laptop, I know where I will go!"
"It's currently April 26th and the laptop was purchased on April 12th. There hasn't been an update from XOTICPC about when they intend to ship the computer. Tracking shows that it hasn't even reached the Production Queue yet. "
