John Brown Emailed all sorts of quotes for different equipment and answered any questions I had.
We Didn't use PO's and John got the order places for us ASAP just with a Handshake. (granted it was an email handshake) This is how business used to be done and I am glad it still does. I will recommend Whitaker to Everyone I know and we will use them again. Already we are looking at another machine and as soon as we know it will do what we want we will place this order too.

"Disappointing. Was offered a "net 30" on my estimate to later (after placing the order) have it revoked because I'm a new business with no credit history as of yet. Strangely enough, much larger companies (i.e.. Xerox) had no problem with extending the same option.
Whitaker Bros. should not offer this in the estimates if they're not prepared to honor it."
