"I found a five day cleanse kit that I wanted on Vitanherbs.com for twenty dollars cheaper than elsewhere, and regardless of being a little hesitant I ordered it. I should have come here first, I never would have bothered. A week later I still had not received any information or notice about the shipping of the product. I called multiple times but was never able to get through. Finally I checked my bank statement to contest the charge that had originally been there and saw that it had disappeared. Basically they canceled my order and neglected to even let me know that I would not be receiving the product. Waste of my time."

I waited and waited, and a week later the post office still had no record of ever receiving the package. I sent an email to ShopBestNaturals.com with no response(not realizing this was actually Vitanherbs.com until I saw the signature line in their eventual response-- I did do a search for ShopBestNaturals before placing my order and found no negative feedback, because all the poor feedback is instead tied to Vitanherbs which is frustrating) and no one ever picked up the phone at customer service-- it's just a sketchy-sounding voicemail message.
Finally sent a message demanding to know where my package was, which is when I was told to be patient, that the item was backordered. I did receive my order less than a week after receiving that message, but it was very frustrating that the company kept me in the dark about my order, didn't voluntarily provide any updates for a product I had already been billed for, and only responded to me when I threatened to dispute the charges because I was worried that I'd been scammed. This certainly does not inspire confidence in customers and I would recommend a company that doesn't feel so untrustworthy."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! I ordered three supplements from them and received an automatic receipt in my -email box. After 7 days of not receiving any kind of notice that my order was shipped, I tried to call them during the hours that they stated they were there. I got a message saying to "leave a message." When I tried to leave a message I got another message stating "We're sorry, the voice mail box is full"! To date, 10 days after I placed my order I still have not received it, but they charged the $60 to my credit card!
Update one week later: My order finally came and it was correct. That being said, I was still never able to reach anyone by phone and I never did receive any kind of notifications. I did receive an email from them after this review was posted. The letter offered me $10 to remove the bad review! They did, however, apologize and sounded like they were trying to get their act together.
In answer to Eden's comment: Your exact words were, "Also as a compensation for all the inconveniences caused, we will refund $10 in your card if you remove the negative review." Sounds like a bribe to me."
