"This is the worst online vitamin and herbal store. The worst online customer service. They claim an order has been completed, even though the post office tracking clearly indicates that the package was never received for shipping. The items that are discontinued are not refunded although they claim that it will be refunded, but they are very quick to charge one's credit card when ordering, though in response to another negative feedback claim they dont charge until shipping. I will never do business with them again! "

"Just pathetic. Ordered a month ago and still have no idea where my stuff is. They charge immediately but have no clue about my order other than online where it says "Processing". This is an update to my previous review. I guess Sam has been calling around or at least replying to people's reviews today which shows that they are pro actively checking these reviews.
I had Sam call me personally which I do appreciate to tell me what went wrong with the order. He wanted to make amends for the last time telling me that the order must have fallen through the cracks and was hoping to offer me something for my inconvenience. All of this shows me that they are working on their service and trying what they can to improve.

They say ship in 24 hours and yet my order has yet to ship (10 days after I ordered.) They do not return phone calls. I called 3 times and did not receive a call back. The only thing they are fast at is immediately charging your account as soon as you place the order. Truly awful experience. Also no initial confirmation of order placed and no info sent on items that are out-of-stock or back ordered."
