"Worst company ever! Ordered 08/28/2013 and waited, waited, waited. Called Vitanherbs. A woman said two items not in stock were holding up the order. I said cancel those two items. She said okay, and the order would "ship in the morning". Waited, waited, waited. Finally called again to find out where the order was. Same girl, I imagine, said the order was cancelled. I said, "No. Only two items were canceled. Not the entire order". She put me on hold to find out why the whole order had been canceled. While on the phone, I waited, waited, waited. A supervisor got on the line and said they would send out the order. I said, "NO! PLEASE CANCEL IT!" They said okay. That was it or so I thought. It's October and a pkg arrived today. It was half of the Vitanherbs order that I cancelled. Now my credit card is charged for duplicates that I have since ordered from a more reputable company - Vitacost. I wasn't going to rate them after the first episode thinking perhaps it was a new company struggling to get started or that glitches happen; but after today, one would be ABSOLUTELY NUTS to order anything from Vitanherbs!!!"
