I can't review the product that I bought from shopbestnaturals.com because I retuned it three weeks ago and am still waiting on my refund. I'm never ordering from this sketchy place again because their customer service is non existing and their products are sketchy. I am so infuriated by how long it's taken to get my money back or even a response for God's sake! I understand putting money back into an account can be a process but it would be nice to have some sort of employee reach out and talk me through the process. -- I have not received my order;
-- there is no evidence my order has even been shipped (according to my online VitaNHerb account, my order is still "processing");
-- I have not have not been able to reach a human being in order to get a status report on my order (phone calls go to voice mail and no one calls back, and I've never received a reply to any of my email and contact form messages); and
-- if I don't hear back from VitaNHerb soon, I'm going to have to reverse the charge on my credit card to get a refund on the order I never received.
Whatever discount pricing VitaNHerb offers certainly is NOT worth all the problems associated with their complete lack of Customer Service. This company is definitely NOT recommended! "
"Absolutely horrible!!! Do NOT order from this company. I ordered through newegg, shipping is supposed to be 5-7 business days. They charged my card the following day, then gave me a tracking number, but no information on the package can be found. If you attempt to call vitanherbs, there is no voicemail and certainly no one that actually answers the phone. Worst company I have ever experienced!!"
"I placed an order on 10/24/12. I have been emailing them and calling them for the past week and no response. I realize that hurricane Sandy may have hit them but they could of at least had a voice mail system in place to handle calls. I have emailed them to cancel my order even though they have already charged my credit card. Shame on them for charging me before sending out the products. "
"DO NOT ORDER FROM VITANHERBS! I wish I would've done a quick google search to see all the negative reviews prior to dealing with this terrible company. My order was supposed to arrive 2 days ago at the latest. I sent a email a few days ago as I noticed my order still hasn't shipped. I received a reply stating that my order was "lost in transit" how would they know that? Are they UPS as well? Anyway, they then stated that my order would be shipped the next day. 5 days later, nothing. I email again asking for updating shipping info. Now they state that due to technical difficulties my order has not been shipped. OK!? Thanks for the heads up! So I ask for a refund as they charged my credit card 2 weeks ago. They say I cannot get a refund and basically aren't sure when my package will be shipped. Stay away at all costs!"
