"Very BAD experience with this company. Sent me an invalid tracking number and then charged my credit card for the order which never came. Tried to contact them several times with no response.

2/26 After 3 email attempts and phone calls with no direct contact regarding my order. I received an email with a valid tracking number. According to the USPS website, it looks like there was a laps of seven days between when the post office received electronic shipping information from Vitaherb and when Vitaherb actually dropped off the package to USPS for mailing. I am hopeful of receiving my delivery and will report back as to what condition the products are in when they get here.

2/27 Received my delivery. Unfortunately, I only received 1 of three items in the delivery. There was a note on the receipt that the other items would be delivered soon. On 2/28 called and I spoke with Sam. He was very polite and courteous and refunded my credit card for the remaining amount of the items not delivered. I think this company is trying to do right, but is dealing with some logistical issues which is interfering with their business.

"I have to add a bad review for this company. I placed an order on Feb 9th and was sent a tracking #. Still today, the item has not been given to the post office for delivery. I have emailed 2 times and left a message to just give me a refund. In the mean time I placed an order with iherbs and have already received the item and it was cheaper. I wonder how long it will take for a refund after reading all the bad reviews?"

"I just felt like I had to write a review after ordering and reading all these other reviews. This is my story. I usually never shop online but I found some supplements that I really wanted and did a lot of research on and found that vitanherbs sold them. Doing so much research of the supplements it did not hit me to do research on the website I planned on ordering from. Once I placed my order on Friday the 24th I was so anxious to get my supplements. The following day I, for some reason thought "I should look up this place and see how fast others received their shipments", and well you can see what I found. I was so upset to see almost every person has had a problem ordering from this company and was so worried this was all a scam and would never see my order or money ever again. Reading all these reviews I acted fast to try and get a hold of someone to make sure the same thing that has happened to others didn't happen to me. I'm leaving in a week to go on vacation and was hoping to get the vitamins before I left, so I really wanted fast delivery. Anyway, so distraught from all the negative reviews I wrote an email to them right away pretty much just saying how I read all the crappy reviews and how I was very worried. I asked for an email to be sent to me of the tracking number because I hadn't received one and my order status said complete and money was taken out of my account. 24 hours later NOT EVEN i received an email back with the info I requested. Talk about sigh of relief. It is now Monday the 27th and I tracked my package and it is in my city and out for shipment! Meaning I should get it later on today. That means it only took 3 days and I ordered on the weekend! I am very happy about that. Now I don't know if I got lucky because I acted fast and sent an email right away or all of you just had a very bad experience with them. Either way I can't say anything bad about this company I got fast delivery and got in contact with someone within 24 hours. I obviously did something right. Now I don't know if I will make another order with them just because my luck may run out and I could have a bad experience just like everyone else. BUT for this order and purchase I have no choice but to give them 5 stars."

"I ordered 2 bottles of Raspberry Ketone 120 caps @ 19.99 each = $39.98. Received 1 bottle of 240 which I had no problem with since it was the same amount of caps. However, the price for the 240 bottle is $34.99. The company substituted but didn't adjust price. I called immediately and spoke to Lisa who said someone would call me back. Since 2/18, I have left several voice mail messages, spoken to 2 people who promised call would be returned, sent e-mail from their web-site twice and e-mail from my personal e-mail account. I also received a "full-voice mail" recording. Now all I get is v/m and I refuse to leave more messages that are ignored. This is bad business. They need to do the right thing and refund the difference for the substitution. I would like to have a response from this company and a prompt refund of my $4.99."

"Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order-DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! Placed an order online on Feb. 8--went back the next morning to see when my order would ship, as I had not been given that info. Website said I had not placed an order. Two e-mails, one voicemail and a follow-up phone call later, finally spoke to a person. Said my order would ship on the 13th-could not explain their lack of info. online. Read their online reviews, and decided to cancel my order the next day, the 9th. Sent e-mails, left voicemails, and talked to a person who promised a phone call from someone to take care of my request--never heard anything from anyone. So, imagine my surprise when the order arrived today, Feb. 23--two weeks after I requested my order be canceled. And it shipped on the 18th--five days after originally told it would ship, and nine days after I requested the order be canceled. This company does NOT care about us, the customer--they just take your money and treat you like dirt. I have to this day NEVER received a courtesy call or e-mail of ANY kind telling me what they were doing, much less an apology, and obviously what I wanted did not matter at all. Horrible, horrible, horrible...do NOT give these people your money."

"I placed an order on 1/25/12. They billed my credit card on 2/1/12. No shipping info - no communication. I called on the 15th and they said they shipped all but 2 products but they were shipping right away. It is 2/22 and nothing yet. I have left messages on the phone, emailed - no response at all. These folks do not communicate and they charged for things they haven't delivered. I do not reccomend!"

"I placed my order of multiple items on Feb 8. A week later I realized I had not received an email notification of the process of my order. I emailed them through their site, not one response. I called them 6 times in one day, and their voice mail is full. I did finally get to leave messages in the evening, but of course not one call back. I have left them a total of 5 vm & 3 msgs thru their site asking them to cancel my order if they won't communicate to me. I checked into the reviews of this company. Holy Crap! Should have done this first. I HIGHLY discourage NOT to do business with this company. They should be shut down! The only good reviews are probably their own writings they put in.
Today I received an email indicating my order is being processed. Are you kidding me? Two weeks later? Their site states orders are filled in 24 hours. False Advertising!
Next I'll be working with my credit card company for my refund due to their terrible customer service!

"I placed a small order on 7 Feb for two supplements and selected the "express shipping" option. About a week passed without any notification from the company about my order (to include an order confirmation). I called the company and left several voice mail messages as well as an e-mail inquiry as to my order status (and requested that the order be canceled). On 16 Feb I received my first communication from the company via e-mail indicating my order was shipping. Actually it wasn't shipping, the company had just filled out the paperwork with the USPS and assigned a tracking number. When you track the shipment, you get the usual USPS message, I'll spare the details.....but the package has not yet been shipped as of 21 Feb. Calls to customer service are still not answered and go to voice mail. I would have to say at this point that the reviews and comments I have read to date about Vitanherbs appear to have merit. Thankfully my order was small but the aggravation factor is not. I suppose, like many others, I will have to contact my CC company to intervene. The lack of customer service and the perception created by Vitanherbs leads one to think they may be engaged in fraudulent practices. Or, they may just be a poorly managed company. Regardless, I will likely go to more trusted sources in the future. Ordering products online is too common and a well established practice these days so there shouldn't be any drama associated with the process, unless it's flawed. The free market/consumers will dictate Vitanherbs future...it doesn't look good.
21 Feb 12, 1037 EST. I just had to come back and update this post: Just called again and thought I may actually get someone on the line, but, transferred to a new voice mailbox with an Indian speaker telling me how important my call was...voice mailbox was full...goodbye. ...you be the judge!

"I don't understand why you can't contact these people. You place your order, they take your money, then nothing? "I am utterly disgusted I placed an order for expedited shipping on Feb 7 it is now Feb 15 and I still have not received an email with the shipping info but I have been charged. Customer service is never availablewhen I call even though I call during business hours. I am upset I will never order from here again.UPDATE so I finally received my items on Feb 20 I never did get an email stating when my items would be shipped which was aggravating to say the least. I am happy with the pricing and for that reason only will they ever get my business again I just wish they would let u k.ow what was going on."

"I am very unhappy with the customer service of VitanHerbs.com. I have sent numerous email and left at least 4 messages and I have not heard back from them at all. "This is the first complaint I'm writing concerning quality of vitanherbs products and customer service but it won't be the last. This is a dangerous situation for all consumers. I purchased 3 different supplements and vitamins from vitanherbs and received all three but 2 of them were unsealed. The seal around the bottle was actually open and the seal inside the lid was just laying inside the lid of the bottle. I called Vita Plus to complain and those people said that vitanherbs are not authorized to sell these supplements and hung up the phone. At this point I emailed ****@**** and have received no answer. Purchase from these people at your own risk. Who knows what has been done to these pills and what these pills contain? They have not answered my email."
