"I ordered a clawfoot tub and drop-in sink from Vintage Tub. After my order and charging my credit card, I was contacted by Customer Service that the tub would be backordered for two months. I cancelled the tub but kept the sink. The sink itself was delivered by UPS but not the base. I've called and emailed repeatedly with no results. I've been given incorrect information, told that a manager will call, etc. I cannot recommend this company."

"I purchased a cast iron clawfoot tub, for nearly $1600. Item was available, and I was able to add it to my cart and pay for it... a few days later, I got an email stating that the tub won't be available until after May 25th, which is 10 weeks from now. I need the tub asap. So they emailed me asking if I want to wait. I said that I need a tub asap, (deadlines)...
is there something else similar to what I paid for, I asked???? (mind you, there's a ton of tubs supposedly "in stock" on the website, similar to the one I purchased.
They emailed back and said there's nothing else available. So then I asked for a refund, so I can purchase another tub from another site asap. Then, I was emailed again saying my refund is processing and can take up to 10 business days!!!! Really? I need this refund sooner than that to buy a tub that's actually in stock. I'm not sure why all their tubs show "in stock" on the website when they are not."
