"I ordered $999 faucet, shower and shower ring from Vintage Tub and Bath due to Levi at Tub Connection. I think Vintage Tub and Bath should give Tub Connection a big Thank you and buy Levi lunch! I ordered a vintage looking clawfoot tub from the Tub Connection and the young man I talked with was a very big help. He was knowledgable and patient with me as I know nothing about plumbing! I told him I wanted on old fashion shower. Why you might ask? Because I'm old and have had the tile surround which I had to get into the tub to clean and squeegee to get rid of water spots, I've also had glass and spent too many hours cleaning off the water spots and streaks. With on old fashion shower ring with curtain, I simply let it hang open to dry, if I need to clean it, I put it in the washing machine. If I want a new look in my bathroom, I change the shower curtain to keep the look fresh. Being old, I'm all about it being easier! Levi understood and help me find all the plumbing that would work with the tub I chose, even when it was from another vendor! The only interaction so far with Vintage Tub and Bath was my online order and them billing my credit card. I haven't even gotten the part yet so I can't say if the quality it good but I'm sure with Levi's help and part numbers, they will be perfect."
"Ordered alcove pop-up drain in brushed nickel, when I saw what my plumber installed it turns out that the black was sent. Now I have to get a new one and also pay plumber to take the previous piece apart and install a new one"
"I bought the glass partition. Seemed to take awhile just to be shipped then it had a FedEx "occurrence" twice. Finally installed yesterday and the water barrier on the bottom is defective. Left a message this morning and never heard back from them. Waiting for a resolution...."
"I received my order a few weeks ago and contacted Vintage Tub and Bath immediately about the problems I was having. The shower fixture I received has different handles than that pictured on their website, the sink handles have the words “hot” and “cold” and they are off center, and there is some pitting on the sink handles. On top of that, the package that contained this sink was completely broken through showing the porcelain of the sink, yet miraculously the sink seems to be okay. I’ve reached out three times via email waiting for a reply and it’s been crickets! Can’t believe how horrible the service is. Very disappointing and cannot recommend them."
