"I attempted to purchase a cast iron tub. The site clearly stated it ships in 2-4 days for the tub I selected. I received an email the following day saying the product was not in stock and had an estimated shipping date of approximately 6 weeks. I requested a refund and now they have $2,000 of my money that they say they will refund to my credit card in 5-7 days. Yet another reseller selling something they do not have and do not know if or when they will get it. I'm a contractor with strict deadlines and I rely on honest accurate availability information. I'm wondering how this business practice is legal. "

"When browsing for a bathtub, the expectation was that the tub would be shipped in a week or so. After the order is placed, soon after you are told it is backordered a couple months which impacts my remodel currently underway. It would have been nice to be upfront on the backorder situation so an alternate product could be ordered. "

I asked for a resolution and they would not call me back to talk to me so I had to do all communication over email. Just called and delivery company said they came but thought our street was "too narrow" we live on a regular road. Not sure what is going on so irritated. "
