"It took 5 days and 2 calls at my end to find out that the product I ordered had been discontinued since I never received any contact from this merchant after confirmation of my order and credit card charge regarding shipping. The first representative said that she assumed that the product had been shipped but would get back to me to confirm which she never did and hence the necessity of the 2nd call."

Right off the bat though, I am disappointed that it's been 2 days since it was ordered and it’s not even on its way yet. "I purchased a Randolph Morris 3002N sink for $499 which could be mounted to the wall or vanity. When it came I noticed it didn’t come with the wall mount bracket. I have emailed and called customer service multiple times trying to purchase a bracket. Customer service agent reported they were looking to see if they had a bracket that would work for the sink. Why would you sell a wall mounted sink but not the bracket. It has been two weeks and still no resolution. Basically I have a $500 sink that is useless. "
"They have been so prompt in the past, but this time our order seemed to have been lost. They said they were moving to a new warehouse but didn't warn us of this delay. When I reached out I didn't get a response three times in a row, although all 3 people were very nice and promised to follow up. Each time I was told they would check on my order and call me back. That did not happen. The 4th call finally received a follow up. Our product is now hopefully in transit. "
