"Placed a telephone order. Received wrong item. RMA requested and approved. Sent the item back. Received the right item. It took 20 days. Some observations:
1) They do not send e-mail after shipping. I had to wait in the dark.
2) RMA: On the phone they were vefy friendly. But follow-up action was different.
I think they are basically swamped. Understaffed. I think I can understand why the rating is so low. But they are not bad people, just disorganized in business."
