"12/16/2004 - This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I generally do all my ordering on-line. Do not use Upgrade Center. It is like Upgrade Center dropped off the face of the earth, that is if they existed in the first place. I haven't been able to contact Upgrade Center by telephone or email. Recordings state that the telephone and email mailboxes are full and cannot accept any messages. I sent a certified letter w/ signed receipt to the address posted on Upgrade Center's website requesting my order be cancelled immediately. I have contacted my bank and the California Attorney General's Office of California. My account has not been charged as of this writing, but I an preparing for the worst.
02/18/2004 - I state again, do not use Upgrade Center. Hopefully you will see these reviews before you place an order with Upgrade Center. I am a police officer and am doing a personal investigation on Upgrade Center since I have an account pending with them. Here is what infomation I have so far. The address on their website is a former address; they have moved. I was able to locate a business next to where the Upgrade Center warehouse should be located. The manager of the next-door business went to where the Upgrade Center warehouse should be located and found there is a new business at that location. The new business stated that Upgrade Center moved not too long ago. The new business also stated there is a large number of people looking for them. Go figure that. I believe I know what city Upgrade Center has moved to, but until I know for sure, I will not post it. I am actively looking for a current address and phone number for Upgrade Center. As soon as I find it, I will post it. I assure you this, I WILL FIND THE INFORMATION I'M LOOKING FOR. Check this review periodically for additional information. I will post it as I get it."
