"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

They just screwed me over. Ordered a $300 CoolerMaster case from them on Monday. Said it would ship in 2-3 days. On Friday I got worried that I hadn't recieved an e-mail concerning shipping and called them up. The man there told me that it was supposed to ship yesterday but they hadn't (um, ok?). He said they would ship it that day and I could expect it by Tuesday of next week.

So Tuesday comes along, but all I receive from them is a standard automatic e-mail that gives me a link to my "current order status". "Hmmmmmm," I was thinking, "don't tell me they just shipped it today." But thankfully, they hadn't.

What they had done instead is, with zero explanation whatsoever, posted "This order has been cancelled." WOW THAT'S FUNNY, I DIDN'T CANCEL MY ORDER! Oh wait, it's not funny. That means I won't be getting my case.

I called them up, steaming, and the man there told me that they just "couldn't get the case". Hmmmm... usually when a reseller says they carry a case, I assume they mean they have it IN STOCK. Oh well, it looks like now I don't have a case and therefor don't have a computer. I'm screwed.

These people do not know how to run a business, much less understand what the customer deserves. I found this out the hard way. You don't have to. Please do yourself a huge favor and go with a reputable dealer like NewEgg.com. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

You have been warned.

"I ordered a 450w power-supply from Upgrade Center Inc. I was unhappy with the experience with this company. After placing the order along with orders from other companies, Upgrade Center Inc. took the longest to process my order. After receiving my PS 5 days later then all my other parts, I found the power-supply to be improperly shipped, sitting in a flimsy box and damaged because of the poor packaging. To top it off, I received a 400w ps, not the part I ordered. I emailed them and asked for an RMA. In a timely manner they sent me a UPS packing slip to return the part at their cost. When within two weeks I had the correct power-supply in my hands. Be it in another flimsy package, but this time wrapped in bubble wrap. The prices from this company were competitive for this part and they corrected their mistake without argument. Though with that said I probably wouldn’t shop there again unless the price was exceptionable. "

"Ordered a Computer Case w/ power supply on 6-7-03.

6-10-03- UpgradeCenterInc.com sent me an email that provided a tracking number.
6-11-03- UpgradeCenterInc.com sent me an email that provided a tracking number, and the words, “The following items have been shipped to:”, with my address. Called the shipping company to get the estimated time of delivery, and they said that they never picked up a package from UpgradeCenterInc.com destined to my address. Called UpgradeCenterInc.com, and they told me that I should wait 24 hours to allow it to post to the Shipping Company’s system.
6-16-03- The Shipping Company still does not have my package. UpgradeCenterInc.com tells me they will have it to me in two days.
6-17-03- UpgradeCenterInc.com sent me an email that provided a new tracking number, and the words, “The following items have been shipped to:”, with my address.
6-18-03- I called the shipping company to get the estimated time of delivery, and they said that they never picked up a package from UpgradeCenterInc.com destined to my address. I called UpgradeCenterInc.com. My package has not left UpgradeCenterInc.com yet. They told me that it will be here in two more days.

UpgradeCenterInc.com has lied to me twice. The words, “have been shipped” have a clear and definite meaning, which they have contradicted with their actions.

I still have not received my order. If my order does not arrive in two days, I will demand a refund.

"First off, i have to say, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Burea for their un professional business. What is so hard to give me my refund or new cases for my RMA? Was promised 3 computer cases replaced, since received 3 broken (but different cases, i was not informed about the replacements of another model) , within one week. What did i receive? NOTHING! BEEN OVER 7+ MONTHS and VERY VERY POOR communications! and LACK OF SERVICE! I would consider not buying from this company, beware of their faulty service. Overall rating. NEGATIVE. Complaints are being failed as mail fraud to both local police departments, UPS, and BBB, and much much more till i get my MONEY BACK!

THEY WON't REPLY TO MY CONTACTS!

"I would say that their prices are great, their customer service is somewhat satisfactory and their shipping process is seriously flawed. I placed my order on April 15th and there has been several problems with the shipping.

It has been a struggle to get the final say on when my order will actually get to me. I was talking with their online customer service chat feature this morning and they promised it would be here by this Friday (June 6th).

I sent several emails that were never responded to and spoke with their customer service people three or four times through their online chat feature. I have basically been checking in with them once a week to see when I will get my order.

The prices are great, but you may have a hard time getting your order if there is any problem with the shipping or if your item happens to be on backorder.

"ordered a case from these guys,it arrived with a unusable damaged bezel,when i called for an RMA,they told me they would just send out a new bezel.....may 6th,and still no bezel or any kind of response from these people.
my advice?...spend your money elsewhere with a company that gives a damn about its customers.
by far the WORST .com seller of computer products i have ever encountered in my 6 years of dealing with similar retailers.....dont do it,order somewhere else

"Was looking to find the cheapest case I could find for a customer. Found this CAPC208W with 400 watt power supply for $19.00, FREE SHIP. This was cheaper than most I found without power. Case is heavy sheetmetal. Made a little cheaper in some respects, but for a super cheap case, it's great.

"I ordered a 512MB stick of PC2700 DDR on Friday morning at 7AM. And to my surprise, there it was in my mailbox on Monday. Like Christmas :) IOW, unbelievably fast shipping (and it was free!.. I'm a sucker for free shipping). Shipping/tracking info was made available quickly. Great company to do business with."

"I have many problems with this order. I guess it's partially my fault for not checking reviews on your store before I ordered. If I had, I would have seen the same complaints that I have and gone somewhere else.

First of all, I ordered on a Saturday and it didn't ship until nearly the end of Friday, even though it was listed as a 2-3 day ship. When I was finally forced to call, a non toll-free call I might add, I was informed that you didn't have any in stock until that day. This should have been listed on the website, or at the very least I should have been sent an e-mail stating there would be a delay. If I'd known it would take that long to get this case, the last piece of a computer I had been putting together I might add, I would have gotten something else or gone elsewhere. Because of this delay, it took nearly two weeks to get the case and finish my computer.

Then, when I got the case finally, I open it up and the front panel is snapped off the maine case and cracked on two sides. To say I was furious at this point is an understatment. I've already read your statement that it's not your responsibility, it's the manufacturer...but I won't even comment on that.

My options at this point were two. One, I could return the case, paying shipping myself, and try to get my money back. The shipping cost made this not worth it, and I'd have to wait for another case or go out and find one. My other option was to return it for a new one, which likely would have taken three weeks and cost me shipping to get it there. My options weren't very good ones, so I finally decided to duct tape this broken thing, repair the connections for the front panels, and cut my losses.

Needless to say, unless their policies and service change a great deal, they won't be getting my patronage, or anybody I know.
