"Ordered an ASRock AMD K7VT2 mainboard with free shipping on 01/31/03, received it on 2/10/03. Not the quickest from time of order to delivery, but not the worst by far.
Installed the board in a system I upgraded and it is working flawlessly, so I am very satisfied with ASUS' little sister company ASRock!
I've now ordered 3 of these boards from Upgrade Center, with a more recent purchase (should be in an above post) of 2 boards. The odd thing is that this first board looks exactly like the picture of the K7VT2 board on the ASRock website, showing no AMR slot, as they only show the K7VM2 as having the optional MR card on the site. But the other 2 K7VT2 boards I recently received DO have the AMR slot, and the package also included the modem to install into it! Odd the ASRock's own site at www.asrock.com doesn't show this board having an optional AMR slot!?!?
All in all a good experience, and I will definitely order from them again if the price is right. I have never had to return anything yet, so I can't comment on their customer service or returns procedures.

Ordered 2 ASRock AMD K7VT2 mainboards with free shipping on 03/03/03, received them on 3/12/03. Once again as stated below in another order, not the quickest from time of order to delivery, but not the worst by far.
The packaged mainboards both look like new retail packages with all parts, including each having an AMR modem in the box along with the usual drive cables and manual. Odd though, as ASRock's own website only shows the K7VT2 board's picture without and AMR slot and certainly without having an optional AMR modem available in the package. I can't tell whether this is an add-on to later model K7VT2 boards, or thses boards are older versions made before ASRock decided to get rid of the AMR slot!?!
I have already installed one earlier ordered ASRock board into a system as an upgrade, have also installed one of the boards from this order into another upgraded system, and everything works flawlessly in both. I expect the same experience from the second board from this order that I will be installing in a completely new system I'm building next week. If there are problems I will try to post back here again as a follow-up.
All in all this order went fine, the prices were very good, and I have received everything as ordered so far in new, working condition, and as described by their website. I would order from them again without hesitation if the price is right."

"There were no problems with the ordering process itself. They do take a little longer to ship an item than most sellers. Also their web site did not specify that the drive I was buying is OEM (I thought i was getting a retailed item), so when I received it, I had to buy the cable to connect it and screws to secure it.
