"We ordered over 200 flags to hand out to our clients. It turns out over half of the flags aren't usable because the hooks don't fit. At first we thought it was just a few lemons but over time we have had more people that can't use them than people who can! I called US Flag Store and they said since it's after 30 days they won't honor any returns or send any new hooks to correct the issue. They explained to me that I should have individually opened each and ever package (over 200 of them) to make sure they were in working order. When I stated that's not feasibly nor was I ever told that they said it's on the order confirmation email that it's advised to check all contents. 1) This is not on the email confirmation. 2) It's pretty unacceptable to send products out like this to begin with and should not be my responsibility to check all 200 bags they sent that the hooks actually work. They refused to do anything to correct it; we will make sure to never place another order with this company again."
